He just so happened to be walking by and heard them recording this song (which took quite a few takes) He filmed it in his phone and posted it to his Instagram. It's still up if you do some digging to find it.
This is awesome and they are awesome. Try their busking (street performances ) my favourite is painted black but you can’t go wrong also with I shot the sheriff or war pigs but in all honesty they never miss. Great reaction btw 😘
