Great video again thank you Katie. For the gouache, I was wondering, maybe the price difference has to do with the lightfastness ? Maybe the cheaper one has little resistance?
I thought that could be it Anne but I've done some research and both this type and the Designers Gouache have 4* lightfastness! Maybe I'll have to buy some more tubes and do more tests to see what's different!
Hi there! please don't forget that swatches via: YT, Insta... are completly unreal. Pictures and video have edition (filters, light/color corrections, even the camera lens change the real colors). My linden green is waaay paler if you compare it with the one showed in the video. Nothing like the real life swatches. Hope it helps.
I agree with Kathy, showing colours is always tricky and hard to compare through a screen to real life! It's definitely brighter in the video than in my sketchbook though still very vibrant, just not quite as neon! My DSLR camera tends to exaggerate colours a bit but perhaps seeing some more swatches via Google could help see the range of colour! 😊

I’m beginning to wonder if i got a bad linden green mine is no where near as vibrant. Anyone else encounter this issue before?
