My oldest son and I hit the gym 5 times a week. He has autism, limited in grammar and trouble completing sentences. Since we began hitting the gym in June of 2021 (gyms opened in San Bernardino County) I have noticed an exponential increase in his confidence to express himself through speaking and his willingness to engage in conversation. Lifting increases neurological pathways in the brain and is the reason for his recent growth. Although at the moment he continues to struggle completing thoughts and sentences I am excited to see his growth. I currently have him taking whey protein, I can’t seem to find a great gluten-free, dairy free protein for him to take that has a large amount of servings at an affordable price. I understand going with a plant based protein is a better option for him and I would love to try something from HD Muscle. Will we see plant based protein in the future? Thanks for the great content, you keep us motivated.
