    Can barely hear your voice over the background music.

    Why are you playing music over your poorly recorded voice audio?

  • @tesladude2822
    @tesladude2822 6 ปีที่แล้ว +19

    I can tell you why you received so few likes. Background music is so loud I barely can hear your voice. Why practically everyone make the same mistake: feel obligated to add some background music where nobody need it. I still will try to watch that video to the end hoping it will be some info i did not know (cannot promise that. 39 min is a lot).

      Best Hand thanks for the feedback, I’ll reupload with no music during the review when I get a chance! It might’ve been a certain section where I wasn’t speaking as loud.

    Try not standing so far away from your phone, the audio is pretty bad, esp with music overlay.

    Now , 4 years later, these cars are out of warranty and you are liable to fix everything out of pocket. They are great cars but come with potential massive expenses, Battery $20k+, drive motors $5k+, plus suspension etc. Just a warning to have a deep reserve of cash.

    • @TechSalesTom
      @TechSalesTom  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yeah I ended up selling it after about a year when our 3 performance was delivered. Would also agree about being careful about owning one of these outside of the powertrain/battery warranty as those are absolutely big ticket repair items. Currently on my 6th Tesla, a 2022 Model X Plaid.

    What kind of rated range are you seeing? I think the official rated range is 208. I understand you’re not supposed to charge to 100% but how full do you charge,80%, 90%?

    • @TechSalesTom
      @TechSalesTom  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Matthew, when I charge up to 90% I see 191 miles. That is with 80k miles on the battery now. I typically do 90% every night, charging at home.

      D Cates I noticed that as well, prices all around increased after the new year. I think it’s because Tesla raised the price of CPOs with their new sales plan. Late last year the prices were cheaper. Now that inventory is aging and more people are turning in leases I will expect the prices to come back down.

    The model x pure white seats are made of vegan leather. Which is actually more durable and easier to clean then the real leather seats on your model s. They have a built in stain resistant agent. They also don’t stretch like your front seat has over time. Please do your homework before stating false facts.

    • @TechSalesTom
      @TechSalesTom  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Good to know, I tried to find this information on Tesla.com and the Model X configurator but nothing actually states this clearly. Did find some articles stating the move sometime in 2017 to all "vegan leather". I'm still a big fan of leather because of ease to recondition, but definitely has some characteristics to consider.

    • @TechSalesTom

      Henry Cruz yes the tires are toast in 8-12k miles depending on how you drive, the rating is 300 AA A. And yes they cost $400 a pop, $413.36 a piece to be exact shipped from Tirerack. Add another $30-50 per tire for mounting and balancing.
      What’s with the hostility?
