    I relax my hair, but I still like listening to what you have to say, on how to take care of our hair. I don't know when I'll go natural but I have knowledgeable information you're telling us.

    49:05 the problem is marketing tends to be deceiving.. for example that mielle rosemary mint deep conditioner says its strengthing on the bottle, but there isnt a shred of protein in it. They market the rosemary and biotin as the "strengthening" ingredients and im pretty sure that's bullshit.
    Are you saying that if you look for products that say "restructuring"specifically that it will be a protein based conditioner? I'll look out for that i guess...but what's why i like to look at the ingredients.
    I do love the adwoa beauty reconstructing deep conditioner though!

    39:40 what do you do if you have fine hair and high porosity? Heavier products may weigh the hair down so what so youre stuck using lights products that may not meet your moisture needs.

    Narada don't kill inside spiders bcus they:
    Kill ALL flying insects.
    They also keep you safe from bugs and critters
    If you use them in your plants, put it 2 It inches down once every 3yrs,, your plants
    will flourish and look so beautiful.
    A lot of bugs come for the plants your in your house
    SPIDERS PROTECT YOU.

      They are making webs inches away from my head. They can do their business just not where I'm sleeping. I don't want to spider crawling in my ear at night making a cozy den.

    Is there a reason why you don’t use Cecred? My immediate guess is that it’s not intentionally natural hair focused but I was curious why you reserved having an opinion at all on the treatments.
    Loving the content and information and how it’s guiding me towards finding the right hair care pro for me, as a guy.

      Celebrity promoted brands never seem to land well. I personally didn't want to review Cecred because I don't want to go viral off of her brand. I'm very direct and honest and sometimes the beehive is too much. I am also not someone that likes to bounce from product to product like that. I don't really consider myself an influencer anymore. I like what I like and I stick with one consistent message to avoid confusing people.

    Hey, Narada👋🏿. Can lack of protein cause midshaft split

    • @tilou7065
      @tilou7065 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I hope this is answered! Mid strand splits/ keyhole splits can occur at the each bend in the strand due to it being a weak point. I wonder if protein can strengthen the strand enough to prevent midshaft splits.

    • @AfrikanHairGod
      @AfrikanHairGod  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +7

      The answer is no. Split ends are caused by dryness and breakage

      Too much protein cause my hair to split.

    • @AfrikanHairGod
      @AfrikanHairGod  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +5

      @@purplepheasant4776 the protein didn't cause your split ends. The protein disrupted your hair's moisture protein balance which led to your hair being dry, which caused it to break and split as a result of lack of moisture.

    I’m thinking of going straight to two strand twists. I was wondering after watching a previous live, how you would go about styling an afro, not a wash and go, (without gel). Would your routine just be leave in conditioner and grease? I want to be comfortable with the way my hair grows out of my scalp and would love to wear it out once every few months.

    Not to bring up bgc but... bgc preaches that hair doesn't need protein because hair is a protein lol. Idk if they still say that because they like to change their info sometimes but that's what their hardcore cult followers be saying. The logic and reasoning they give for stuff never makes any sense.
