I've had Michelin Cross Climate 2's fitted to my L320 2012 Range Rover Sport for 2 years and covered over 30,000 miles (still going strong). In my experience they are excellent tyres, in all weather conditions, hot, cold, wet and dry!
I put the Agilis on my Ford Nugget front tyres as the factory fitted ones chunked and I wasn’t happy with them despite the tread being very good. Once the back ones go I will swap the ones on the front to the back and have them all round. Can’t justify the cost of replacing the backs just yet. Been great in this snow I have to say better than the car.
We have Falken Euroall tyres. These are all season tyres and so far have been great. We've used them in snow and icy conditions with good results. They run quiet too which is nice. Thanks for the info about the Ice tyres.
I live in Chicago, and we get our fair share of snow each year. I used to run dedicated snow tires on separate wheels. That is until I discovered the Michelin CC2. Put almost 80K miles on my first set, now on my second. Will never buy a different tire again. They provide 80-85% of the performance of a dedicated snow tire, plus they are quiet. No more needing to change out when the seasons change, no needing to store when not in use... Live with snow? These are your tires.
Fitted new Michelin Cross Climate 2 set last year and been delighted with them, thought about fitting the BF Goodrich off road tyres but the Cross Climates give you all the capability you need in a more compliant tyre. Checked with Caravan Guard insurance about fitting a commercial (not camper variant) and they were fine so saved a few quid as well!
Jof, What’s your experience with tyre pressures and finding decent all weather tyres that can be inflated to the 79.5psi pressures Burstner requires? When we were looking the Agilesphere Cross Climate camper tyres has a max psi of 65?
@ The trouble is many Michelin Agilis Camper tyres have a max PSI of 65, and my MoHo dealer (one not unknown to you!) said they were not road legal as they couldn’t be inflated to Burstner’s required max. Finding tyres that can be inflated to 79.5psi (even if you choose to run them lower) severely restricts the choice available!
Thank you. I heard that there are new regulations pending regarding Tyres ( dates of manufacture) - 5 Years max? Just changing to All Season Michelin or Goodrich, ( made by Michelin?). Not cheap but they do offer more miles and are legal in E.U. mountainous Snow areas.
Interesting mate put across well cheers
Have fitted Michelin CC2s to my wife’s Subaru Forester and will be fitting them to our VW T5 before next winter.

@@neilcarne5438 65-70psi is I feel a perfect pressure Neil, any higher for 3.5t could be a bit hard.👌
