@Henry Morris-Knightley Regular stops is all a kitty really needs : ) About as often as people need to eat and use the washroom anyways. They don't really normally need to "go" unless they just ate a bunch of food or drank a bunch of water. Many times, eating food is what gets their bowels moving, just like with humans and a big meal, so as long as you give them some food to nom on and some water to drink once you stop, order some food for yourself while they're in the car, once you come back with your food they should have mostly finished so leash them up and open the door where they can have access to grass and dirt and set them there. If they need to go, they'll go, lol XD If they don't go right away, just enjoy your break and eat, letting them have some time to digest and wander, and chances are they'll do their thing within 15 minutes. Cats will hold it, but since they'd be aware that they'll have to go in the car again for who knows how long, they'll almost certainly know that this'll be their only chance to relieve themselves for a while. You can always bring a little bit of litter (only clay, paper or wood pellets) to sprinkle on the ground for the familiar smell to help them get the idea that this is their time and spot to go. Playing with them can also help get the lower muscles tensing to move their bowels along and give them some much needed exercise and fun during long rides, if they aren't already super curious about the outdoors they were just given the opportunity to explore a bit. Litter is just a replacement for a cat's natural instinct to dig and bury their leavings because they hide the smell from their prey.
Awesome response! 👍Only thing is, I'd be super nervous letting my cat off the leash! I didn't think to have a bit of litter on hand to familiarize the kitty with going potty. 🙆 Great idea!💡
@@jamieleigh3750 You can just get one of the long tether style leashes for dogs and attach it to the headrest bar or other loop in your car so your kitty has the ample length it needs to get comfortable and explore a bit. Just make sure to have a familiar treat bag or noisy toy for sound that they love and respond to if you need to get their attention and never get panicky vocally; always gently high pitched and encouraging/praising. And move slow but relaxed and confident. Those two personal factors can completely influence your kitty's comfort level, along with their favourite style of pets, usually the base of the tail/butt pats, as they may duck from nervousness by their head if their whiskers get touched. That's how I train them to be comfortable with being outside with me. After having being outside be a "fun" thing, I never ever have to worry about my indoor cats bolting through the front door into danger. They'll go out when they're excited, sure, and they get scolded at the door so they don't run, but once outside, they are never ever in trouble as they'll just run further away from you, faster than you could ever hope to catch. My boys go out for 1 reason: the grass, and they have been trained to stay close-by while outdoors. That's the biggest mistake people make; panicking and not at least somewhat familiarizing your indoor kitty with the outdoors. Make it a routine when they do go out, where it's a "wow, cool, outside!" and then encouragement to the grass to nom on it in the same spot each time. I hope this helps you and anyone else that wants to go the extra mile to keep their kitties safe and happy! : ) Even bringing in and cleaning a few blades of soft grass for them to enjoy can help if they get out as they'll instantly stop and chew the moment they smell it! XD
Sadly I've come across guys like that and see how they talk to females. That's why I always make sure my knives are bigger. I don't tolerate bullied or predatory people.
Tony Snell Same. I’m 5’4 and after having guys randomly ask me for sex on the street on several occasions almost back to back. It freaked me out a little (mostly because i look way younger than my age and some of the guys gave of pedo vibes). So my bf got me 2 decent sized knives. I wanted a pocket knife, but honestly it wouldn’t rlly help someone as small as me to ‘threaten’ a rando away, much less defend myself if i needed to.
@@smb. Well at the point of pulling a knife you are past the threatening stage. If I pull a knife it's being used. Now for legal reasons below the waist is only a misdemeanor in most situations. The thing that always worries me about the stories where the psycho starts by asking for help is that I know I'd be one of the people that always tries to help them and too dumb and self-conscious to find a way to stop helping them when i notice somethings not right
Yes, and they KNOW that there are people just like YOU and THAT is who they prey on. It's just a numbers game to them. The next time a bum begs for change from you tell them "no". Then watch what they do. They go to the next, then the next, then the next even though they are collecting $$ from other gullibles along the way. The next time you start to feel bad for a begger keep in mind that the average panhandler rakes in an average of 60k tax free dollars a year!! That is more than 4 times as much as a person who works a full time min. wage job!!
People who need real help in an emergency are _always_ glad when you call 911. If you offer to call 911 and they try to talk you out of it or get aggressive, then you know they’re a predator. Make sure you’re always at a safe distance before announcing the call though! If possible in the presence of other people/behind a locked door.
It’s amazing that the counter guy knew what was happening and he immediately intervened and they got her out safely. Not everyone would have even tried to help. I’m glad she got away safe
I remember a couple years ago when me and my friends used to sneak out of the house to have fun night adventures. It was one late ass night and we had stopped to get gas and I found my gang talking to some dude. He looked to be homeless and he said he had spoken to my friends and they agreed to give him a ride (without my permission in my car). I didnt know how to say no after they had already gone and made a promise, so I was stuck with him. The dude was absolutely stoned out of his fucking mind because he spoke the entire ride back. I was a little worried that he was dangerous but he never spoke in a tone that could resemble danger. He was very grateful for the ride and spoke about how he stole flowers for some blonde girl he met. My friends were absolutely dead silent except for one of my friends who laughed at every funny thing he said. Eventually we made it to his house and he got out, thanking us profusely. He was certainly charming in a way and I enjoyed driving him home despite his drunken stupor. What shocked me though was that my friends asked me why i drove him home. I barked at them to not promise rides without my permission, and they told me they never promised him a ride.
Similar thing - back in the day, we didn't have a good phone so if go across the road to use the pay phone. After one call in the evening, a guy came over, real nice, talked to me like he knew me. He seemed stoned, and a bit distracted, but nothing crazy, and some of my friends would get regularly stoned, so didn't think too much of it. I assumed he knew my flatmate, and that I just didn't recognize him. So when he followed me back to the house, my innocent self let him just follow me inside. We often had parties so it wasn't unusual for people to be round. We sat in the lounge with my other two flatmates and had a really nice evening. Two or three hours later he left, and my flatmates asked me who my friend was. Turns out none of us knew him 😂 Luckily he was nice, but still wonder what was going through his head.
sounds like he was just stoned out of his mind and he needed a ride, probably thought that you and your friends would say no if he asked for a ride so he lied about being promised that he can have a ride in your car. Still glad no one got hurt tho
Of course the protector kitty is a Russian blue!! Such an interesting breed that attaches themselves to the owner and promises to be your sidekick til the end of time ❤️
Very interesting indeed. Mine would bitch slap me if I stared at him too long, but at the same time would wait by my door until I came home from school and liked to crawl down my back (even if I was standing up). I always felt like he was protective of me; like, “only I can be an ass to her” kind of protective.
Dogs and cats know. They just know. My rescued pit bull has saved me from some creepy ass people in the past and is loyal to a fault. She’s not even a big dog but when she goes berserk she is utterly terrifying, especially to the guy who tried to break into my house.

This was my favorite story. It showed a properly raised dog by someone who has experience with dogs that have aggressive tendicies. They're not easy to raise. I personally own Rotties. Wonderful with people they know, extremely loving and protective of their family. Very gentle. They also come with the instinct where they know right away if somebody has ill intentions and will react right away. All of these so called dangerous breeds aren't if they've been raised properly by an experienced owner. I volunteered for years at animal controls that most of the bite cases that came in were from small dogs. My horse of a dog I have now is a masstiff/rottie mix. His name is also Zeus although we normally call him Zeusy. We reserve calling him Zeus when he's misbehaving. That way he knows he's being bad! My first dog was actually a Doberman so I want to give a big shout out to this girl. Aren't they great dogs?!!!
"thankfully my stupidity didn't kill me." I mean sure she stopped for the lady, but that whole story ends up simply being how the protagonist outsmarted the panhandler.
It may be screwed up, but I was even more happy after seeing the photo Zeus and seeing that he had not had his ears cropped, which is normally just done for strictly cosmetic reasons. Yes, before anyone says anything, there are a few instances in which ear cropping can be done for medical purposes, usually a tendency for the animal to have a lot of ear infections or something similar. It can also be be done because of malformation or some sort of injury. I've even seen a dog who as a puppy was found as a stray with its very young littermates, probably only a couple of days old at the time, and their mother, and this one puppy in particular had been missing it's outer ear flap. Though puppies are born deaf and blind to begin with, missing the earflap wouldn't have allowed it to hear any sooner but was probably just the result of a birth defect where it was born without the outer ear flap or even possibly an accident which occurred soon after birth in which the mother may have been cleaning the pup a little too aggressively and accidentally bit the small ear flap that it should have had off. Growing up down south I only ever saw one legitimate reason for working dog to have cropped ears and it was in the case of dogs used for hunting, especially hog hunting because if they don't have a floppy ear or very much ear left around the actual ear canal, then if they are the type of dogs who sniff out, chase, and hold/pin down the animal until their Master gets there to either dispatch the animal or at least apply brambles so that they can be transported while still alive, (some places require that when wild hogs are being removed as nuisances/invaders, that they be brambled to begin with and then eventually dispatched elsewhere or relocated, depending on the state and local laws to which they are bound.
The first two stories were my favorite. Animals are the greatest. As far as the other stories goes, I'm sorry but I'm not stopping to help anyone. People can't be trusted. If I don't know you know you I'm not stopping to help you. Awesome video. I love it.
I have a friend who had a personal experience with the first story. She was traveling through the US with her 6 year old daughter, husband and their golden retriever. when they stopped at a rest area, because the daughter needed to use the restroom. The dad decided to take the daughter into the building to go to the restroom, while the mom decided that this would be a great opportunity to walk their golden retriever for a couple of minutes outside while she waited on her husband and daughter. After a while, she had the golden retriever go back inside their van and she went inside the building, thinking about grabbing some Cheezits or something for her six year old daughter for the last of their trip. When she goes into the rest area, she starts looking at the vending machine and finds some Cheezits, her daughter's favorite snack. While she's checking out the rest of the snacks in the vending machine, she notices a middle aged couple start talking in French. Mind you, my friend teaches French at a local university & French is her native language, so she understood what they were saying. Woman: did you see the little blonde girl who entered the restroom? Since there were only three cars in the parking lot, my friend assumed that they were talking about her daughter. Of course, this immediately caught her attention, but at first she thought maybe that her daughter reminded them of their granddaughter or something non-malicious like that, until the male responded. Male: Yes. I saw her enter with a man and only a man. Woman: If you go into the male restroom and distract him, I can grab her right as she starts to leave the female restroom. My friend slightly turns to the left to look at the couple, watching the man start to head to the boy’s restroom. The lady smiles and waves at her. “Hello,” the lady says, and my friends *attempts* to smile back with a wave. “So, is this your first time traveling to Virginia?” the lady asked my friend, trying to make small talk. My friend smiled. “Yeah, but I think I should go to the restroom before I hit the road again.” The lady smiled again. “I’m just waiting on my daughter.” My friend smiled and walked quickly into the restroom, where she saw her daughter washing her hands. My friend then grabbed her daughter, picked her up and carried her to the car. She refused to meet the lady’s eye when she passed by her. It’s been a couple years since this happened, but my friend still has a hard time letting her daughter go to the bathroom in public places since that incident. She’s trying to allow her daughter (who is 9 now) to be more independent, but with an instance like that, I understand why it’s hard to do so...
Thank you so much for the relaxing, appropriate photos while you narrate. I've had to unsubscribe from others for going to gameplay, etc...during the video. Please never change!
EnglishLitGirl if gameplay bothers you just listen to the video. You don't need to watch gameplay to hear what the narrator says. If you unsub just because someone wants to try something new for their channel then you probably shouldn't be subbed to them in the first place.
I'm sorry....I didn't ask for your opinion? I unsubscribed from them because the game play had absolutely nothing to do with the stories being read. If I want to watch a game play channel, I would subscribe to that, not a scary stories channel. Obviously, others agree with me based on how many people liked my comment, so maybe stay in your own lane next time? I don't need you to tell me who I should or should not be subscribed to.
EnglishLitGirl If you post a comment you leave it up for response. If you don't want someone to share their opinion with you, don't comment. I'm not gonna just bitch out and be scared to give my opinion because some random person told me to. Get over yourself. I've encountered that same black woman in Florida and recently in Colorado while waiting for my food to be brought out.. this time she needed $60 for an inhaler for her asthma and a ride to some park I never heard of. Belligerent and wreaking of alcohol, using the same line about being a friend to her and "don't you like black people?" when I offered her a twenty and told her sorry I have to take the food home to my family, it's the reason I parked here.. Then an off duty ambulance pulled up and I ran up to them asking for help for my asthmatic friend.. she was pissed, but I played it the same way she did, begging them to save her life with an inhaler. Turned out they knew her and said she was banned by the police from that restaurant parking area.. so many years of living away from Florida had softened my vigilance. Now I'm back to habitually locking my doors any time I slow down the car.. just like anyone who wants to survive living on the east coast.
Oh wow... how interesting. However, the original story didn't mention a "middle-age black woman." They never specified the race of the woman at all. But whatever sells the story, uh.
this is obviously r@cist dogwhistling lol. You expect us to believe that you actually encountered that same black woman from a reddit story (which itself could be fiction, as most reddit scary stories are), and you encountered her not once, but twice in 2 different states. Wow. Horror can really be an effective political propoganda tool, can't it? Even the moral of that reddit story itself was: Don't help desperate people at night. You and the OP of that reddit story are clearly just trying to scare us into becoming worse people, as bad as yourself. The audacity needed to make the claim you've made is truly next-level. Claiming with such confidence that you've met "that same black woman" lmao. At what point was this woman's face described by the author? It wasn't. Maybe all black women look the same to you, but they actually have different faces irl. So there's no way for you to prove or claim that you ran into "the same black woman" not once, but twice lmao
if i've learned anything from being a girl, its that 1 in 3 dudes you meet in public is a total creep. that goes up to about 99/100 guys you meet online
Kåi Kommentates that’s just the market my friend, just because you aren’t like that doesn’t mean they are not out there in droves, sending unsolicited dick pics and trying to guilt trip you into sending nudes or even black mail you. When I was 16 I had a random stranger threaten me to give them nudes saying they will post all my profile information to porn sites along with saying that I will give nudes which is silly. He was trying to catfish me on other accounts by being nice but I was getting sick of it all anyways so I just deleted my account. Before that (from when I was like 11) I had a lot of guys who would send me dick pics who are obviously grown men, who I told I was a minor. It was like 9/10 people I met online were men trying to send a dick pic or get nudes at all costs. At some point you just give up on trying to talk to people online and it kind of makes me wonder if people walking down the street like that are too. Am I overly cautious? Probably? But do I regret it? Not really.

Please don’t ever park your car in the dark out of fear someone will bother you or see valuables in your car. It’s much more likely they’d take that chance in the dark where people can’t see them clearly than in the lights where they’re on camera and anyone who happens to be passing can see them. I’ve heard way too many stories where people parked in the dark out of fear of something happening and then something did happen. If you feel so uncomfortable that you don’t want to stop in the light, you definitely don’t want to stop in the dark. If possible just go on to a place where there are more people, and don’t sleep in your car, get a coffee and go to the nearest decent hotel you can afford. Make sure you plan your stops and stop before you’re too tired to drive. Don’t push it, even if you weren’t planning to stop so soon. You get sleepy from driving a lot sooner than when you’re jumping around, partying or hanging out with friends. Make sure you have the phone numbers of your relatives and close friends before you go. If you can’t afford a hotel or something call someone for help and explain the situation, most people who have the ability will cashapp you a little money. Stay safe. - love, a mom
Recently a Police stopped me and asked, "Hey, are you sober man?". My dog sitting on the passenger seat replied, "No, I am a Doberman." Never mess with a Doberman.
14:19 at the point of that story where the dog was trying to attack the guys, I would've "accidentally" let go of the dog's collar and laugh like a psycho as the dog mauled those 2 wastes of life. The second one tries to stab the dog, I stab him first.
And your dog gets stabbed because you aren't as fast as you think you are, and then your dog gets put down for mauling people. But you're a real tough guy!
In the last story, the lesson shouldn't be "dont ever help a stranger". Instead it should be "be smart when helping a stranger. Immediately lock all doors. Roll the window down only so much that barely even a finger could fit through. Just enough to talk and to slip some money out without sticking out your hand. Never offer more than a couple of dollars and only when it isnt with other bills. Make sure they cant see you sorting through multiple bills or see that you have larger bills. So no taking $2 out of a stack of $50 that's several 1s, 5s, 10s, etc. Or not when the $2 is tucked between a $20. Dont give coins/change because then you've got to open your window enough to stick out your entire hand. Be firm and to the point. If they get aggressive, demanding, rude or try to open your door, immediately speed off. And NEVER offer to give someone money from your ATM (that part made me want to slam my palm into my face!)." If someone approaches you outside of your car, lock it immediately if you're unable to get inside yourself. If you can, do so. Then roll down the window a crack and proceed. But if stuck outside of the car, lock the doors. If your money is inside the car, tell them you have none. When they've walked off a little or their back is turned, unlock only your door, get in, lock it and crack window and shout over that you found a couple bucks. If they can see the money inside your car because it's on the seat or cup holders, explain you're going to put money on your energy box (some people have a box in their home that controls and keeps track of electricity usage, and they prepay at this sort of ATM for their electricity), or that you're going to get a money order for a bill and you dont even have money to spare for yourself. But obviously ideally you should never leave your money in the open where a stranger can see it. I'm a server at the moment and I try to put all my tips/cash into my ATM 3 times a week and only keep $10 on me in cash (or less).

XD

The thing that always worries me about the stories where the psycho starts by asking for help is that I know I'd be one of the people that always tries to help them and too dumb and self-conscious to find a way to stop helping them when i notice somethings not right
localtortoise That's what sociopaths do. They prey on other people's virtues.

Milquetoast 272 iv seen people walking rabbits.
He seemed like a nice guy
@@SpookEYe47 Yeah thats what we thought too. He was definitely off his rocker on drugs but he was a nice dude

Very interesting indeed.

Same here lol I loved how wholesome that picture of him was. 10/10 goodest boy
Please include more animal stories, it's so interesting to hear how perceptive they are! The pet photos are also a big plus~

“I’m just waiting on my daughter.”
My friend smiled and walked quickly into the restroom, where she saw her daughter washing her hands.

It was like 9/10 people I met online were men trying to send a dick pic or get nudes at all costs. This is why you need to empower the men around you to be strong minded and physically strong to protect you.
Men today are getting soft, and unfortunately our women will ultimately suffer.
Stay safe, miss.
Hrodebert Craufurd it maybe men could tell other men not the be psychotic fucking assholes
@@beautifullEternal ???? Wait are ypu saying men dont know that??? Wtf, how dumb can someone be to assume such a thing. I guess women need to tell each other to stop robbery (such as shoplifting) and fraud.
Why did this have to become a gender thing both genders are assholes all humans are assholes let’s leave it at that
Man that is a well trained cat, i've seen cats that can be on leashes and i'm jealous since all the cats I've had wouldn't be caught dead in a leash.
Stay safe.

Lol
"For anyone interested here's a picture of my cat"
That was too random
who's complaining tho
who wouldn't be interested????
Hey, Lazy! Just wanted to say that you're doing a great job. I've been a huge fan of yours for over a year.
“City A” lmao is this a story from one punch man
The animal pictures are just the best!! Love them!!
Recently a Police stopped me and asked, "Hey, are you sober man?". My dog sitting on the passenger seat replied, "No, I am a Doberman." Never mess with a Doberman.
what a cute dog. zeus the moose awwh thats so adorable😊❤️
" I went for a long car drive with my cat"
Later
" she hates loud things especially cars"
🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔
Update: I hate cats but that cat is so so adorable
lol
My thought exactly xD
Jake Ingersoll "she hates loud things, especially llamas with hats who kill people and eat their hands"
Was thinking the exact same thing. Girl logic lol
CAAAAAARLLLLL :3
14:19 at the point of that story where the dog was trying to attack the guys, I would've "accidentally" let go of the dog's collar and laugh like a psycho as the dog mauled those 2 wastes of life. The second one tries to stab the dog, I stab him first.
And your dog gets stabbed because you aren't as fast as you think you are, and then your dog gets put down for mauling people. But you're a real tough guy!
Lol. The black lady happened in Indianapolis. She was also hopping into most random cars too lol
You make my day! Thought you should know :)
Calamity Jane yrd

He truly is a good boi 10/10
OH MY GOD! Stumbled upon this channel! And I am now a subscriber! The narrating voice is the best! I am totally lost in the stories every time!!!
One time the lights to my office flickered (I was alone!) and I literally jumped and screamed!! Doesn't help that is storming outside too!
But love this channel, the theme, and the narrative voice!!
3:51 Awwwwwww, they sensed what was going on and tried to save her
That's great but why didn't they call the police?
Loved the animal stories & suspenseful narrated as always, so thank You and best regards to all You guys out there 🍀
The second story has me smiling at the end like good doggo!!
"it's on 65° for the majority of the summer"
So THAT'S where all my tax dollars go.
The last sentence (30:49) is exactly why I keep watching those videos. I'm rather nice and polite, always willing to help, not even thinking about that something bad could happen. I watch those with hope that I'll be more carefull in the future remembering those stories.
Zeusy moosy is so cute with that big smile on his face in the pic. That cat too!
we don’t deserve dogs i swear, i feel so safe around mine
Can we take a second just to talk about how handsome and what a good boy Zeus is??
"next time you try and help a stranger at night.... Don't" that's bad advice, how are muggers like me going to earn any cash? 😂
“They know I’m not going to go to some party with their dumbasses.” 😂😂😂
