4:15 Pokémon Trainers tend to stop moving once beaten until you reload the map they're on, so they couldn't move while Chugga was behind them until he used an Escape Rope/Dig and returned, thus refreshing the Wellspring Cave B1F map.
@@pageclayton6850 he had already battled the trainers, and they don't move at all until the map is reloaded once you beat them. That was just an oversight by the devs. I've run circles around trainers I've beaten that were previously moving.

1:47 wasnt really a glitch, while all the Pikmin visually responded to the whistle, the counter at the bottom indicated that the Pikmin were not counted as "In Olimar's party" Regardless, been loving Emile's stuff since I was in middle school, still love him to this day.
