Money, The house, admitting failure, custody of children. I'm not saying I'd do it or condone it but the reasoning is pretty obvious. Men have been routinely railroaded in divorce court since it's very existence. It's not fair in the slightest, thankfully things are beginning to change but men have felt totally helpless, courts have assisted women in the slaughtering of men's lives & should absolutely be considered at fault in these horrific cases. Ignoring truths has only allowed these situations to continue to occur. However in this specific case it's the other woman.

I understand what the mother is going through. Anyone who has lost a loved one due to something other than old age has had this thought. "if only I had said or done this" and it's really upsetting thinking you could've done something to prevent a loved one from dying or been able to say goodbye. Those who wish their last words to the deceased were filled with love instead of an argument.
Those poor kids though. I don't think Christmas is ever going to be the same for them again

I'm pretty familiar with this case, but I don't think I've ever heard her birthday before. Connie was born the day before me. That's one of the things I love about Kendall & the select tc TH-camrs I watch, they really cover who the victims were to the best of their ability, which gives us more of a connection to them.
We're made up of little details that make us unique. Too many news & pod casters and TH-camrs skip the little details to just get the case out for the clicks. I think it's important to allow people to relate. It reminds the viewer that these are human beings not fictional characters for entertainment.
It's weird to know my & Connie's mothers were in the hospital on the same day greeting their new daughter. I appreciate Kendall trying to present her as a full person. Wife, mom, daughter & individual, unique woman. A birthday is something small & not particularly reflective of who someone was, but it's been skipped over by many & it makes me feel tied to her. You never know what will create that connection, so it's important that the creator starts off with the attitude that it's a real person rather than a campfire tale. Kendall ALWAYS does that.
