    Oh my God, these people. Just get a divorce. Stop killing other people's children and other people's siblings and the father or mother of YOUR children. Unbelievable. Divorce isn't an option but murder is ok? So sick of people thinking that makes any sense.

      If I heard my husband was in the hospital, I'd be too busy driving there, not making the 15 calls she made.
      In fact, when I was in a similar situation about 10 years ago, I only made one call in transit to my loved one in hospital, and that was to my SIL, to explain the situation, ask her to get my kids at school and call whoever she felt needed to know.

  • @cloudsncats
    @cloudsncats 2 ปีที่แล้ว +970

    I agree that the most damning evidence against Andrea is the fact that she called her friend to tell her he had been shot before she had gone to the hospital and then later stated she didn't know what happened to him until after she got to the hospital. Also, a $2 million life insurance policy?? Damn. I believe that she used her boss's feelings for her to manipulate him into believing that if he killed her husband, they would fool the police into thinking it was a stranger and could run away together with his life insurance money. But I don't think she had any genuine feelings for her boss at all. Her true plan was to fake her love for him so he would commit the murder, then she would turn him over to the police, making herself look like a damsel in distress, and get away with the $2 million all to herself. I think she thought her husband's career goals were leading nowhere and she felt he was worth more to her dead than alive, and her boss was just a pawn in her scheme. Fucked up, but that's what I think happened. I feel so terrible for their son. I hope he is able to get the help he needs to recover from the trauma of losing his dad in such a horrific way and is able to thrive in life.

Since he WAS her boss, I’m sure she had a lot of fears…fears he would tell her husband about the affair, fear of getting fired, fear the police wouldn’t believe her since she HAD had an affair. She might’ve even had the fear of him killing him but didn’t know how to stop the train that was roaring towards her. I know her calls to her friend make her look very suspicious. But she could’ve been totally not thinking straight with the boss becoming more noticeably unhinged.
      I think the sentence was fair for what she was found guilty of. Also, I’m sure they can actually charge her later for murder if more evidence comes in…otherwise it would’ve been double jeopardy and they would’ve lost the chance.

    What's the point in killing honestly in these cheating marriages? They always get caught. They always snitch on eacother. N they never end up together. Even if no killings happen. Most who leave their spouse for another end up coming back to the husband/wife. Like don't cheat or just leave the relationship. How about focus on having faith in ur marriage n remember why u got married n work on being together. Cus it never ends well.

      Psychopaths and narcissists need chaos, drama, deception, cruelty etc etc, it's fuel for them. Normal, healthy living just isn't going to cut for them, they need high risk and high damage to others . They have no remorse, no conscience, no empathy, no accountability and are completely sadistic. They believe they are more intelligent than the law. Add the financial gain aspect of these cases and it makes more sense as to why we see so many of these cases. They never self reflect or learn, you'd think they understand it's a bad idea by now🤔. Like you say, they always get caught! The rest of us are going to be divorcing if needs be and trying to live happy loving lives....they are obsessed with power, domination, money, control, manipulation. I feel sorry for 6he kids in these cases.

    Tbh I feel like she had no clue he was going to kill her husband but what I think happened was she liked the attention her boss was giving her. I believe she flirted back because she enjoyed the attention her boss was giving her. So she went on dinner dates while gone out of town on business trips.. I really feel like she thought it wasn't any harm in having dinner with him since they was gone on business and the only two to know each other but then she noticed the flirting and feelings he had for her. She probably started exchanging the same energy but then she started feeling guilty about the whole situation. She then started acting funny with him and he didn't take that well so thats when he start to stalk the husband. He then went on to plot to kill him. You know get him out the way then maybe just maybe she'll give me a chance. To top it off, you know the husband called her while she was gone to work to let her know about the situation with the man laying face down in the grass... So When the school teacher called to tell her something bad had happened. She instantly knew it involved her husband. She know exactly when her husband takes her son to school so she panicked.. She probably didn't know exactly what happened but she had a clue as to what occurred because she wasn't being 100 percent faithful. This is only my opinion. So while on trial she was withholding alot of information because she didn't want anyone knowing about the situationship she had with her husband's killer. Knowing that would make her look guilty so she tried to cover it up. Doing that got her charged and served time.

I do believe they were being romantic with each other, but there could be a possibility that maybe her boss would play around saying he would kill Rusty, or maybe he mentioned it to her he would kill Rusty but Andrea never believed he would really go through with it until he started showing up. I don’t believe she wanted her husband killed though. She was fooling around with another man but I didn’t hear anything about her hating her husband or then having marriage issues to the point where she wanted him gone. My thoughts… Andrea and Hemi were on their way to an affair. She realized where it was going, pulled back. Said something along the lines of ‘If I wasn’t married, I could be with you.”. Hemi took it from there. I think she knew it had to be Hemi, that he’d maybe even suggested it at one point. I think Hemi thought there was more there than there was. I think if she had asked him to kill Rusty, he would have said so at his trial.
