So I got hurt badly by a co-work and suffering but my attorney is not getting me paid and it's been 4 months since my termination. BTW I have not been at fault of anything for my termination. Should I be worried and hire another attorney or just be patient like I have been? I do have 2 kids so I'm stressed out etc. I'm in Texas as well.
My husband just got fired, he was on work comp, and recovering from getting his toe amputated by a forklift collision. It wasn't his fault, He was at a complete stop when his co-worker collided with him, this was about a month ago. Should we lawyer up?
