I have a permanent disability hearing coming up and two of Workmen’s Compensation insurance, doctors already said I’m 100% disabled. This should help my case don’t you think of for permanently disabled benefits?

So I got concrete in the eye at work, first was an abrasion, then stayed blurry, went to a specialist he said it’s glaucoma(only in one eye) that got hit. Vision is stuck at 20/50 and only getting worse my case isn’t going anywhere so frustrating he didn’t report incident.

I was injured and my job reported it, workers comp took care of my case, the Dr called for surgery but I didn't want it because I can't be out of work so workers comp sent me to their doctor for an assessment, he disapproved the surgery which the other doctor called for but awarded me with permanent disability to my hand because I have limited use but can live with it, my coworker got injured and almost lost his finger, my job didn't report it to workers comp, not until 10days later after he kept pushing them to, did your job report your injury to workers comp? Did you fill out the workers comp injury forms? Because it sounds like you need to pressure someone, my injury was to my arm and hand, they tried to blame the disability to my hand on arthritis, I laughed at them and told them that never stopped me from doing anything and up until my injury

@@Rightchuare I legit hired an attorney, and all she’s saying he never reported incident and she’d ( waiting for an ajustier to get back to her) meanwhile my eye is getting worse, and it’s blurry, even with the eye glasses I got… I saw my own doctors and he told me glaucoma in the right eye, constant flashing. Head aches.Sensitivity to light. So, now I’m at a loss. I’m going back to my doctor this month but I can’t even work with my eye like this. And I’m telling just doctor that whole thing is crazy.

@@victorcokas6979 that's insane, I would try to contact the Industrial Commission in the state you're in, tell them you were injured and your job never reported it, they will most likely give you a worker's report of injury to fill out, it seems like you need a better lawyer, I don't think you need a lawyer yet because there are organizations that defend you guys and as for me, mechanics

Could you sue a record label for envying you over a music or discrimination if it crippled your self esteem and copied you
