I feel ya with the constant snow, we’re expecting up to 25cm tomorrow apparently here in Ottawa 😂 almost put my summers on until I heard that BS was coming.
It kills me your sub count isn’t higher. Most underrated channel on TH-cam, you work so hard and your garage fab is so good. Anyone reading this comment that isn’t subbed… Do better! Let’s get Kyle the subs he deserves. Next stop 300k, he’s so close. 👍 from 🇦🇺
Hahaha! Funny you bring up big blocks...about 6yrs ago, I built a 403, TFS 215cnc heads, but worked to 225 spec, old FAST 90, Mamo ported, 90 TB, Nitrous outlet plate, rings gapped for a 400 shot, but ran 10.30's on a tighter converter for spray. My dad, has a 70 Nova, Dart block, solid roller, pump gas 540, 850 or 890cfm 4150 or some b.s, and we both took the cars to get tuned. I drove, with a TH350 and 8" converter while his trailer queen had to roll off the ramps, while my car cooled!lol End of story, a 10.5:1 solid roller 540 made 515whp, my 11.3:1 403 made 538whp... I could drive mine daily, and I did 3 years straight! His carburated supposed to be the best junk around big block couldn't make it in a car show sitting in line without getting hot, having ignition issues.... and I STILL can't convince him to put the bitch up on race junk or something and go the way of the world!lol.. I'd honestly like to try my hand in a new 6.6 GM block, good heads, cam, and a nice turbo that'd be fun on the street for him! I mean, I could do a 13.5:1 E85 427 out of that block with a nasty set of heads and big ol cam, I bet it'd make 600whp or better! Mast makes some bad ass heads for those too
Would love to hear a suggestion about what welder to buy around 1k. Im a 24yo mechanic working in a small shop and i want to start learning welding to work on my car (Bmw E36)
How cool man. You’re going to sell tons of turbos after everyone see how great you do in the garage man. Best life to you. Best to you on your new adventures maybe someday you will be bigger than Cleetus McFarland.
I enjoy your content because im albertain, and we share the same kind of funny jokes and sarcasm. Plus youre hecken good at fabing shit and making it work! Get that V
Dude. Something definitely changed. You actually seemed more relaxed and were funny as hell the whole video. Keep up the good work. I watch Cleetus, Steve Morris, and you. So you are in good company. Love this channel.
remeber wanting to redrill some holes out of a stainless piece . the drill got redhot and basicly reshaped intoo the size of the old hole , ruined a perfectly good set of hss drillbits as i tried smaller than bigger and gigger still all of those expensive drillbits melted heared the only thing that can still drill intoo hardened steel is a stone masin drill thats been reground , they have hardened tips as for the intercooler : if you put a thick aluminium plate bellypan under it you can set the front spoiler on top of it , if that aluminium plate is the first thing to hit the ground it should hold up way better than a poliester spoiler lip prolly can use that plate as a sled to get the car up the first bit of the ramp intoo the trailer if youknow wat sizes bolts you need most you could buy in bulk online , be way cheaper and save you a few trips to the tireplace , i buy them at aliexpress , takes a while to arive but is way cheaper than buying by weight at the diy store
This is a general question to anybody who wants to answer if you have a full SR 20 DET red top swap in your 240 SX that has great compression but a Nissan wiring harness. Would you guys fix the wiring harness or would you pull the engine and transmission sell it For around four to $5000 and buy a full iron block ls swap. I alredy have a t56 Catfish Camaro for the swap But then again I have a full 2jzge-t vvti with a built marlin crawler W 58 5 speed swap sitting in my shop I recently recently have not been the biggest fan of four-cylinder engines even in line sixes are cool, but I don’t know the engine is also technically rare so it’s cool to have what is the coolest worth but not being able to get parts easily because I live in a really small town
Depends if ur octane changes also Timing but I rather have no injectors and nitrous nozzle instead pouring fuel with two 41 44 mm mags for race car 29 million Newton's
Man, send the stuff to them to machine and balance, and do your rings and assembly yourself! That's how I did with Mike Lough, and it worked out well, I wouldn't use anyone else! I get why you'd use Thompson though...
@@Boostedlifestyle does the engine perform the same with at a 2 to 1 backpressure if it has 30 degrees of overlap as it will with 5 degrees of overlap?
Lol if you only had a big block with that 88/103. That motor that you got going from 3.780 bore to 3.902 that's a lot of material taken from the cylinders hopefully it lives.
I had fun making this video, and that's all that matters to me.
As long as you are having a good time man... Haven't watched yet but I'm sure it will be enjoyable..
Listen here Dave Grohl 😂😂😂
Made me laugh

This was a fun one to watch. Honestly, I don't care what you're working on I dig the content and your positive,do it yourself attitude.

I love to see it 😁😁😁
9:27 this is hands down the most relatable thing I've ever seen on youtube
Man I'm always dropping stuff
Anytime you drill stainless start with an 8th inch drillbit and work your way up. Lots of pressure use lube and slow speed.
Also drill at a slow speed in steel or stainless steel.
Ya I have always had decent luck with cheap titanium coated bits till I mess them up because I misuse them
Kyle, you rock! Love the channel and content. Peace easy and get that v! ❤
It’s all about having fun while putting in the work.. 🎉awesome job cannot wait to see the car in action in person sometime..!!
Can’t believe you wore your sexy time wing into the garage!

Kept me laughing and entertained the whole time loved it
You are the man!

Still working on it 😁
If you put some bearing grease on the tap before you use it, you will prevent most of the shavings from going into the hole
Can’t wait for the Hemi fox!
Oh man, how the heck did you get big famous DDSPEEDSHOP in your garage? Your so lucky he's dreamy!
otphj
What intercooler do you run? Just curious.
The DD speed shop part had me rolling. Great stuff
😁😁
Keep up the good work.
You need more loopty loops in your brake line to help cool off the exhaust gas before it gets to the sensor.
The “diddler” is a must to own
12 point socket for tap and grease for catching shavings form falling inside tapped parts..
I enjoy your content because im albertain, and we share the same kind of funny jokes and sarcasm. Plus youre hecken good at fabing shit and making it work! Get that V
Love it 😁😁😁
Bring back the hazing lols. I've missed the shit talking between you Dan and peg.
That op number on the crescent wrench 👀 😂
Here's a tip, if you need to drill something that's *hard* you can get a masonry bit. They have a tungsten or diamond tip brazed on.
Dude. Something definitely changed. You actually seemed more relaxed and were funny as hell the whole video. Keep up the good work. I watch Cleetus, Steve Morris, and you. So you are in good company. Love this channel.
Same exact 3 for me
And boy did I have fun watching it
Yooooooo kyyyyle.
Video was so fun to watch , im on my second time lol
Worth breaking the 69th comment to support a badass channel keep this shit up
Appreciate it 😁
remeber wanting to redrill some holes out of a stainless piece . the drill got redhot and basicly reshaped intoo the size of the old hole , ruined a perfectly good set of hss drillbits as i tried smaller than bigger and gigger still all of those expensive drillbits melted
heared the only thing that can still drill intoo hardened steel is a stone masin drill thats been reground , they have hardened tips
as for the intercooler : if you put a thick aluminium plate bellypan under it you can set the front spoiler on top of it , if that aluminium plate is the first thing to hit the ground it should hold up way better than a poliester spoiler lip
prolly can use that plate as a sled to get the car up the first bit of the ramp intoo the trailer
if youknow wat sizes bolts you need most you could buy in bulk online , be way cheaper and save you a few trips to the tireplace , i buy them at aliexpress , takes a while to arive but is way cheaper than buying by weight at the diy store
Trailer Park Boys theme song is my wake up alarm in the morning. Gentle soothing jingle to wake me up. Has been my alarm for years.
🙏🙌🔥
That time lapse song was a vibe.
That 5.3 is cursed...put it in a lake
What is the thing called used for back pressure sensors? I need one but can't find it on the BSI website!
I don't think Nick put them on the website yet. Shoot us a message on FB or Instagram 😁
Right there

With Allen Johnson pe V8 18 liter plus Darren blower 11 mm
For stainless, low drill speed, high feed. At least thats whats worked for me. Cutting oil doesn't hurt either.
Beep beep 😂😂😂😂

Started the video with the Foo Fighters blonde singer
Commander or dominator
Oops you broke it
At what point does back pressure decrease power and does the amount of overlap have an effect on that? Just asking for an opinion.
You use it more to find out the limit of the turbo when you get 2:1 back pressure to boost pressure you're turbos pretty much done
@@Boostedlifestyle does the engine perform the same with at a 2 to 1 backpressure if it has 30 degrees of overlap as it will with 5 degrees of overlap?
Beat name?
Yeah. I’m drunk
Fyi dremel tool stone bit = holes in stainless
Do you still have the turbo truck🤔
I do not it got sold

DD Speedshop DD Speedshop DD Speedshop
Jesus built my hotrod
CANADIAN SUPERMAN APPROVES
Dd speed shop
Pull it back and put it in a ponytail brother😂❤ I can't afford I'm still carburetor
Hey BO HOW IS CUZN A LUKE ? DOES UNCLE JESSE HAVE THE GENERAL 😮
When it first came on lookin like Kylie Jenner not Kyle Williams lol give Gina her wig back
Carburetors are pretty impressive but fuel injection is better
If you did go big block you could do what you are more reliable.
use grease witht the tap next time
Hey Kyle, seem a little uncoordinated, are you high? Hmmmm? A little too much 420? Hmmmmm?🤔😵💫😂
Maybe a bit to much ADHD
1:20 they all ran 10s or slower
Nothing wrong with mig welding..🤷♂️🤷♂️
day 69 of requesting more lawn mower content
Love the wig. First comment
Use a 12pt socket with a rachet for the tap @boostedlifestyle
Wow it can't be that easy 😂
Get a sml or smx!
I see them always broken
