Since imgaine you're part of the FBI, one of the most prestigious forces in the entire world, and then you get transferred to some little known unit, where you are then basically told "You may have been the biggest fish in the Pond, but in the Ocean you'd better listen to the Sharks and Whales" and it's super cool.
i really like the fact that the SCP universe has multiple factions, its not just the SCP Foundation, there are a lot more interest groups out there. MC&D, C.O.G, and the Serpents Hand.
I find it pretty cool that the SCP Foundation actually likes the UIU, even if they aren't much help, makes me feel like a big and little brother type relationship.

Suits are just probably referring to the government spooks that have to mop up messes made by factions by The Foundation. Maybe that refers to the GOC, but I doubt it.
