I'm a bit disappointed by the gargant's rules because in my opinion it falls into the trap that a lot of ork datasheets do in making it swingy, but having it swing between doing average (for a unit of its type anyway) and terrible rather than great or terrible, having both the amount of attacks and damage being d6 based is just a recipe for being underwhelming. I think you could take the average of the d6s for the amount of shots and give them flat numbers as unlike other titans it's only hitting on 5s, swingy damage is fun, swingy shots aren't, especially on top of swingy damage. Also not having an invuln save is a bit mind boggling given even deff dredds have invulns, even having the forcefield, orks vehicles and walkers naturally have a 6+ invuln to represent their rugged reliability. Also you could probably get rid of the belly gun rule that requires it to remain stationary, it already has to get within 36" to fire and is one-shot, being close range but also requiring you to sit still means that you're fighting against the weapon's design to even use it, and it's likely by the time you can close that distance either you'll be dead before you can fire or your opponent will be almost dead and a lot of the damage will be wasted anyway. Also I do like the terrain crushing rule but I think it'd be better to only take the wounds from the largest piece of terrain rather from every piece, titans should be able to cross through most buildings with little regard, something like a shipping crate shouldn't pose a considerable hazard.
also the terrain smashing is awesome, maybe you can add an ability to stop over infantry, and they can make a saving roll to try to reposition to safety out of the path?
