That LSU game though. We were on a losing streak and it was against a tough SEC opponent. No one thought the Irish could ever beat an sec team, let alone on the losing streak we were on. But we managed to win, because ND faces a lot of adversity and deal with it well, go irish!

I had to watch this after watching the Notre Dame vs NC State today bringing ND to 2-4 now. All these great players are now graduated or went to the damn NFL early. ND is in big trouble. I had to watch them playing well again in this video to try to take my mind off this horrible season. It's sad what they've become in only one season. They win 10 games last season despite the injuries, and now it looks like they'll be lucky to go 3-9 this season.

To me, this is the REAL "Here Come the Irish". I'm sorry I just can't stand the other version. As an alum, I know what it symbolizes...but it's SO weak. It doesn't instill fear into anyone on Saturdays. Maybe it gives the blue-hairs goosebumps, it makes me fucking cringe. If you want to use that version at basketball games, volleyball, soccer, go for it. This is a real fucking WAR CHANT. Great video, by the way.
