Did you loosen the 4 bolts on the lower triple tree and just didn't record it, or all you had to do is disassemble the upper triple tree to lower the forks? thanks

How u lowered only loosen by upper bracket?
Forks its held also by bottom ones too. Its imposible to lower only loosen upper one

Buy the lowering kit, it enables the rear wheel to be lowered which will be better on your back. Imagine the positioning if the front is lowered, you'd have to decline your back in a sitting position. The lowering kit is only about $40.
