Hi Congratulations for your Citizenship and Thanks for the informative video.As a query as you said either you get 3 years of extention or 5 years for dependant.Im in similar situation like yours where I hold ILR and and my wife is still on Tier 2 dependent.they gave her 3 years of extention after I got my ILR and after 3 years she will need 6 months of extention visa to complete 5 years route so will she get 1 year extention or the 3 years ?

I was on 10years route to settlement over all i have spend £20000+ of immigration fees and lawyer fees. Its an very expensive route but will be worth it in the end i guess.

Can you please help me in my query
I am completing my 3 years on skilled worker visa next year in March and my wife & kids will complete around 2 years and 9 months at that time as they joined me after 3 month of my arrival in Uk.
If I extend my visa for another 2 years to be eligible for ILR but at that time my family will be short of around 3 months of 5 year time span.
Also if after completing 5 years I applied for ILR as early as possible and my file stays pending how I will handle my family visas
Please advice

Without any company willing to sponsor us, can we apply for skilled workers visa. Asking this because most companies these days are asking whether there is a requirement for sponsorship in future and this is a very reason for not being selected for a job. My dependent skilled workers visa is also going to expire. Your inputs will guide me better.

You can do it once you get the Naturalisation Certificate

Hi as part of your ILR application and documentation you might have to provide Information about where you live in the UK so ideally you should have some sort of address proof under your name as well..
Why not you use email address in bank statement or utility bill instead of paper bill
Hi Dear, I submitted bank statements. Read the documents to provide in gov.uk website, I also stayed in shared accommodation when applied for ILR.

Hi - Don’t you already give an english test to get the skilled worker visa - isn’t that enough for ILR ?
You must fulfil english language requirement of ILR at the time of application
@@HumTumInEngland You do not need to prove you meet the English language requirements when you apply to settle using your Skilled Worker, T2 or Tier 2 visa. This is because you did this when you applied for your visa.

there is no new entrant visa in UK it’s a category only
Bro how long ILR and Citizenship application process take?
ILR upto 6 months but you’ll generally receive the outcome email after 3 months.. and same for Citizenship also.. it took about 3 months for me to get the email

There is no alternative way brother.. you have to find a sponsored job to get Skilled worker visa
Going back to india is the only option as UK is full of. Immigrants khatam tata bye bye no chance for. U to settled down now on british passport visa is difficult £30000 per annum
