If I extend my visa for another 2 years to be eligible for ILR but at that time my family will be short of around 3 months of 5 year time span. Also if after completing 5 years I applied for ILR as early as possible and my file stays pending how I will handle my family visas Please advice

Hi as part of your ILR application and documentation you might have to provide Information about where you live in the UK so ideally you should have some sort of address proof under your name as well..

Without any company willing to sponsor us, can we apply for skilled workers visa. Asking this because most companies these days are asking whether there is a requirement for sponsorship in future and this is a very reason for not being selected for a job. My dependent skilled workers visa is also going to expire. Your inputs will guide me better.

Same here 10 Yr route man spent 23000 applied visa 6 times in total 7th indefinite leave to remain. Got British passport now.

You must fulfil english language requirement of ILR at the time of application
