your videos literally make me cry because i have never trusted anyone in my life to show them my real self. They always see my mask and not me, so they dont know what I want or need or what i am going through rn. But when i watch your videos i am like this is what i exactly needed. And as a person who never... who you know.. never tells people whats going on my mind, i find it very soothing and comforting.
The fact that I learned all of these life lessons as a young child I'm not sure whether its a sad thing or good thing. The one in my mind the most was time doesn't last forever.
It’s a good thing, the reason why is because now that you know about everything you gotta be careful about and be grateful for, you have the chance to make the most out of your life starting from your child years all the way to the end which is great And I used to always start feeling anxious and afraid whenever someone would talk about time not lasting forever, but then I learned that having a life that never ends would eventually get boring so now that our time is limited, it motivates us to do stuff now and be greater now instead of just wasting it, and be sure to not think about the past or future, it’s ok to think about them a little but they should never be the main thing in your mind, the main thing in your mind should always be the present, the friends and family you have now, the goals you have now, the activities you have now, etc. so start making the most out of your life now so that you can have your best life ever, don’t live a life of regret, live a life of happiness and accomplishment

I'm 29, too and I regret a few things I have/haven't done. Doing things that just voided my time on earth, I could have done a lot or learned a lot of other things that could have made it easier for me in the future. I think I am tipping the scales now, though it is a little difficult finding the motivation to manifest these changes if you realize how much time has already passed, especially when you compare yourself to others. Don't. Life is not a race, really.

I wish I found this channel sooner but I feel it’s far to late now I spend my days helping as many people I can before my the damage I caused myself by ignoring my issues takes me out
It's never too late. Take care of yourself first, don't ignore your issues, but don't drown in them. Seek balance and find people who can help you like you find those in need of help. 👥🙏💞
Some of these lessons, I learned at a young age. Others, I had to learn the hard way. One lesson I learned the hard way is how important boundaries are. Don't be so nice that others start to take advantage of your niceness and use your good nature against you. Don't be so kind that you start to resent the people you're kind to.
I'm a person who takes risks but I've things that i regret doing for life. Money isn't everything. I'm a person who easily gives up easily so this video kinda motivated me to not give up easily, thanks. But I think I learned these things early cause I'm just 14
Awesome sauce, now that you learned this earlier than most people, you get to make the most out of your life for a longer period of time and the main thing you need so that you won’t ever give up is a reason to not give up, as long as you have a reason for not giving up, you’ll always be able to keep going
He is 14 years old & regrets doing things. So funny.😄😄😄 There are people who are 60 & 70 & 80 years old & they dnt regret doing things the wrong way.👽 Alien thinking. I like to think alot. I am a thinker. I think philosifically.
I isolate myself... I feel like every time I leave my room I'm just "in the way" or that "anything I do will just upset someone"😣 Sadly this resulted in me not eating as much. Now my body rejects food for long periods of time, then out of nowhere I feel like no matter how much I eat it's just not enough.😰 It hurts, and my parents think I do it for attention 😞 I don't know what to do.
I relate to this comment so well. I, too, find piece behind my own closed door and never speak so as to avoid conflict. I'll have my moments eating, but I sometimes feel bad about it because of what other people have thought: Apparently eating plenty is a teen boy stereotype and I can't eat as much as I need to because of my acne and I still live with my parents. Other times, I'm just full of emptiness.
I've been there before. I would highly recommend taking a walk outside or going on a treadmill to get some fresh air. Has done wonders to complement my active workout life at home. And about not being enough. The truth is someone will always say you're not enough. However it's best to determine your worth by how you put yourself out there. Go where you are celebrated for your presence.
"Hello friends. Thank you for all the support. We love you all. Messi is the best." That's what you said. I'm not fluent in Spanish, but I speak Portuguese and the languages are similar. And, thank you for the video, that's help me a lot💗
The 5th one hit me like a wrecking ball, even my girlfriend used to slap me when I say something negative about myself, and thanks to her I constantly build up my self esteem in no time.. I'm really greatful for her coming in to my life..
For some reason being grateful feels invalidating. I see it as “well look, you have this, this, and this. So, you don’t have any real problems. Shut up!”
It's more of focusing on the positive more than the negative. It doesn't invalidate or ignore the problems there, but focusing on the positive helps to lift your mind out of a rut while you try and figure out what to do about the problems at hand without it totally pulling you down or overwhelming you to break.
The hard one is for sure stop thinking negatively about myself, I’ve worked on taking risks and the other ones but in the end the negative mindset will always get the best of me
Number 5 is something I'm dealing with by eventually working on my Shadow self... in Jungian psychology. You're supposed to pick someone you hate, figure out why you hate that thing about them, and then role-play the thing that you picked. It's a way for you to understand your subconscious and better cope with negativity... But it's dangerous if you're not prepared for it, and I feel like I'm ready to start, but not quite yet.
Fascinating! I've never considered roleplaying hated figures before. I'd roleplay someone who's close-minded, insensitive, and dogmatic. Someone who believes aggression and discipline cures everything, that people are evil, make mistakes on purpose, that everyone hates them and there's no one to trust. Someone who constantly lives from obligation, routine, and unquestionable obedience and never asks himself what he really wants. And even if he has, he throws it aside as a sin. Someone who has no idea how stupid he is because spends too much time in simplicity and persuasion; thus unaware of how he mixes his logic up. Someone who respects the firmest, most iron-willed voice, not the gentlest, most understanding one. Someone who holds up their status quo as they would the legal code. Someone who only earns respect by demanding it. Someone who believes emotions are a choice and a lie. Someone who sees observant people like they waste time. Someone who believes rebellion is a demonic obstacle rather than a hidden source of discovery and creativity. Someone who's so busy pointing out people's pride, that they're blind to their own. Someone who's better off leading a regime than leading a family or a business. Someone who I've vowed to never become since I was younger.
@@greatwavefan397 You don't need to role-play that person. It's the antithesis of you and how you want to live your life. You've already got that figured out. You'll do well and go far as long as you stay true to yourself.
@@greatwavefan397 The best thing to do after recognizing those horrible things about yourself is to pick one. First, ask yourself why you would feel that way... Seek justification. And then roleplay those aspects. Once you are finished roleplaying that specific one, remember it (journaling helps alot). Remember when you roleplayed it and recognize you are better than it. Then, move onto the next bad trait about yourself, and do this entire process again.
Why am I skeptical about gratitude? Imagine you need to go somewhere important and your car breaks down. Gratitude is saying, "Well, at least I got some A/C!" while a crucial piece of your car is broken. Now here's what most people seem to get wrong: They focus on the A/C, but never focus on fixing their car. Eventually they never reach where they want to because they're too focused on "the bright side". They might say, "Yeah, my parents don't let me express myself and constantly make me feel stupid, but at least there's pets at home and I eat good food." And just by lying to yourself, you slowly die smiling until you can no longer smile. So should you stop appreciating whatever good is still around you? Obviously not, but don't let it distract you from what you really want or need.

@@Psych2go well you didn't ask but as a football fan his new team has a lot of money because its owner is rich and they already hve good players they recently bought Sergio Ramos too
And another one would be: - Hurting others it only brings the hurt back to you. - don’t hate back on people if they hate on you, cause negativity does not come without a reason. These are things ( plus the ones in the video) that many people forget, cause they have their own problems and forget that they can kill someone with their words, by pushing their feelings onto others in a aggressive manner without implying why.
It's been a year since i first saw your videos...I want to thank you from bottom of my heart because this helped me fight depression and made me a better version of myself. Thankyou so much....Love and lots of well wishes from India

Insightful advice. Sad to read it when you’re 71 with so little time left. Listen closely to these very important suggestions and you will have a fulfilled life!
Damn, that last one though. Made me think about good times that I'll never be able to get back. People I've lost connection with and have no way of finding back and things that'll never be the same again.
This should be taught at schools so that ppl won't regret their lives later on, instead of those subjects no one uses when entering adulthood. I was one of the bookish in class and i vouch for this.
the lesson the video teaches - life sucks but eventually you can make it worth it. the lesson i learned - absolutely everybody needs a psi in their life.
"Hello friends, thanks for all your support, we love you all" im not shure how to translate the messi part, but it will be something like "messi is better now". My main languaje is spanish and this channel helped me to improve in english and i enjoy this videos a lot!
I have to make a pretty tough decision. One of the first tough decisions I will have to make in life, so congrats to me. I MIGHT have to either leave my family to stay in the town where all of my friends and passions are, or leave my town to be with my family that I love. This video is helping me realize a couple things. 1. I have to make a tough decision at some point in my life, so let this one be a good experience. 2. I'm risking things, but that's what life is all about if you're truly living it. 3. No matter what decision I make, it's a new chapter in my life and I'm thankful that things are changing up. I get to experience something that will change me, and I need change. It's helping me grow. This video has helped me be more at ease with my current situation, and helped me clear my mind and look at things on a much more positive level. Thank you for this!❤
The animations on this episode are noticably better, good job! I'll try some of these for sure, even though I know it won't work. But, you know, a try is a try nonetheless.
Life is unpredictable, and sometimes, our dreams change with it and/or despite it. I don't know where we're all going, but I hope we enjoy it. I hope that when we all find the strength to reach for what we truly want and find what we need.
Number 9 really sticks to me because the way I see it, while it might be too late to do some things, it's never too late to change for the better if you act while you can so yeah don't give up : )
Food For Thought: The beauty of life is, while we cannot undo what is done, we can see it, understand it, learn from it, and change so that every new moment is spent not in regret, guilt, loneliness, hesitation, fear, or anger; but in wisdom, understanding, enthusiasm, freedom, passion and love.
This TH-cam channel helps me to figure out my mental health problem and the problem is i I'm the only one that knows it so no one will help me to overcome it:)
6:21 this part made me think about that quote "One of the most saddest things in life is when the someone that gave you a good memories becomes a memory"
I'm only 18, and it's sad when I look at my peers around myself at school or wherever I go and all I see is people who don't even seem to care about these things you showed in the video, makes me feel lonely.

He is 14 years old & regrets doing things. So funny.😄😄😄 There are people who are 60 & 70 & 80 years old & they dnt regret doing things the wrong way.👽 Alien thinking. I like to think alot. I am a thinker. I think philosifically.
I will be rewatching this as time goes on. It'll keep me in check. Thank you!
Thank you for this video❤️❤️
Thanks!
I isolate myself... I feel like every time I leave my room I'm just "in the way" or that "anything I do will just upset someone"😣
Sadly this resulted in me not eating as much.
Now my body rejects food for long periods of time, then out of nowhere I feel like no matter how much I eat it's just not enough.😰
It hurts, and my parents think I do it for attention 😞
I don't know what to do.

Shut up!”
Interesting - can you elaborate more on this?
It seems "appreciation" would be a more sensitive substitute. It implies acknowledgement while gratitude implies focus.
@@Psych2go I see it as “you’re privileged in whatever way so you don’t have ‘real problems”
The last scene of the 10th lesson was truly heartwarming, and I totally didn't expected it... thank you! ❤️
Glad to see that it was helpful!
They might say, "Yeah, my parents don't let me express myself and constantly make me feel stupid, but at least there's pets at home and I eat good food."
And just by lying to yourself, you slowly die smiling until you can no longer smile.
So should you stop appreciating whatever good is still around you? Obviously not, but don't let it distract you from what you really want or need.
That's a valid argument, worthy of a discussion. I think we should discuss about gratitude and when it could be a bad thing.
@@Psych2go would love to hear about that

Happy to hear that!
What i waited for😍
And another one would be:
- Hurting others it only brings the hurt back to you.
- don’t hate back on people if they hate on you, cause negativity does not come without a reason.
These are things ( plus the ones in the video) that many people forget, cause they have their own problems and forget that they can kill someone with their words, by pushing their feelings onto others in a aggressive manner without implying why.
"Don't act like someone you're not" -- The reason I came out as nonbinary, I was tired of acting like a woman when I'm just... NOT.

This should be taught at schools so that ppl won't regret their lives later on, instead of those subjects no one uses when entering adulthood. I was one of the bookish in class and i vouch for this.
The fact that the channel supports Messi and Barcelona makes it even more likeable 🙏🏼
I love how the video starts immediately to prove the first point more
the lesson the video teaches
- life sucks but eventually you can make it worth it.
the lesson i learned
- absolutely everybody needs a psi in their life.
Hablo español y sigo también este canal en ingles para practicarlo, tu español se escucho muy tierno

Food For Thought: The beauty of life is, while we cannot undo what is done, we can see it, understand it, learn from it, and change so that every new moment is spent not in regret, guilt, loneliness, hesitation, fear, or anger; but in wisdom, understanding, enthusiasm, freedom, passion and love.
Respect is earned, but you are never an inferior.
