Fun fact: i am an INFJ and procrastination is one sign of INFJ personality type. So i am a procrastinator 😂. But INFJs are always a very successful people. We have a really high expectations of our selves and our closest people. When I placed the second place out of 500 i was feeling like i am not good enough and i was sad. Yep im one of those who is stack, who dont know what to do in life. One of the mentioned is so true that i wish i realized it sooner. I have to stop making reason why i am like this and do something more productive i like, not jumping into something i don't wanted to do like what my parents told me todo but something i could start myself that i want little by little each day. I have to think my self that each day is just the beginning.😊 Its rough waking up without motivation each day, its really affecting the self. 😔 Thanks for making this video ❤️
It could be difficult to pinpoint, but if you want to know what you truly desire, try doing somethign new every day. That way you will at least know what you DON'T want in your life and go on based of that.
If you have not completed- at least- Community College or equivalent, you BETTER do what your parents want. NOBODY LOVES YOU LIKE THEM. A full, fun schedule including exercise is essential. Make your body right. Make your brain hungry.

Thank you. I needed to hear this today. After overcoming many traumatic experiences in my life, I've reached an amazing place in my life but since reaching one of my biggest goals ( to own my own home) , I've become stagnant and am procrastinating so much that I haven't moved forward. To be honest, I'm struggling mentally but this video made sense as I know through DPT, I can never be complacent or the black dog will be on my heels again. I missed a couple of signs so today I'll make an action plan to get back on track. If I'm still struggling after a week or so I think I'll touch base with my psychologist just to get things back on track. Thank you. Love love love your channel ❤

Becoming proactive is very important. I almost missed an oppurtunity because I was too passive. I missed an open position in another team at work and didn't give up. Now I'm one step closer to my goal. Get active guys 😉
I get distracted a lot and i always lose focus very soon while doing a task. What has been bothering me lately is the fact that i love doing many things, at the same time when people ask me what i want to do i be like " i don't know" and this is killing me. Could you please make a video about having an unclear vision or maybe not having one in the first place! Otherwise, thank you so much. Your videos are really a good help to me already💙
I'm still working on the "regular exercise" part. I've found that removing distractions, like mindless scrolling on social media, and being in an environment that's clutter free has helped me to be productive. Eating healthy also lessens any anxiety or upset stomach, which in turn improves my productivity.

I think something that is better than Pomodoro is to finish a task and then have a break for like 10 minutes. This way, you don't have to interrupt your work and also get enough rest because for me 5 mins compared to almost half an hour is a bit tiring in the long term :)
Hey! Recently have been getting into the videos from here and I have learned a lot about myself. I've been more actively searching for answers and ways to become an overall better person and stumbled on the "6 Signs You Are Emotionally Hungry" video and realized that my entire life had revolved around those factors. I have recently felt a loss/distance between my close friends that I confided in but now slowly realize that I was and still am very emotionally starved due to my childhood. While I tried searching for some answers on how to deal/cope/grow from emotional hunger, I couldn't really find anything that could explain how to deal with it. Any resources would be greatly appreciated! Again, been loving the videos and I'm always looking forward to learning from this channel!
