I had a craving yesterday. I was out walking and suddenly I was planning it all out in my head, "so I'll just get home, get my wallet, take the car to Spar, grab a box of Bud, then maybe get the little BBQ do some burgers. Because you can't have BBQ without beer can you?" Anyway, the craving passed by the time I got home and woke up the next day feeling great. So glad I didn't drink. I would urge people to adopt Craig's philosophy on drinking as it is the truth.

when i used to drink beer, every dude i knew said bud was the worst crap they ever tasted. they called it buttwiper. so once, i bought a six pack of bud, and man, dude, i could not even finish the first one and gave it away to whoever took it out of the fridge, uh, i think those 5 buds stayed in that fridge all summer long.......drink responsibly is their new ploy on the back of the can, ha ha ha, yeah right!

@@ronvalley1973 I would drink 16 cans. 200 calories a can, that's 3200 calories a day just in beer! Caused fluid retention around my belly, I looked like I was eight months pregnant! I made it to 100 days then failed at a wedding. I then drank twice after and again stopped and currently back at 80 plus days (i dont count now)....I have a reunion tomorrow with friends I havent seen for 15 years and kinda know this is a huge test. Feel I will be ok but I also would rather not have to walk straight into this incoming wave of pressure. You are the guy that ruined alchohol for me and my life is changing so drastically its hard to work it all out. More time, friends vanishing, having to meet girls sober now, dating sober and the list goes on and on. I feel like you gave me the red pill when i stumbled across you and there are moments I think life was simpler when I was a weekend binge drinker and I should have took the blue one. Anyway I always buy your books to support you and your approach to life appeals to me. all the best Craig and good luck to others who are breaking free.

I never thought I could come home from an awful day at work (as an introvert who works with a demanding public most of my days are awful) and wind down and go to sleep without massive and increasing amounts of alcohol. If I can rid myself of this beast with Craig’s help, anyone can! I understand the point about cravings, though when you are in that two week period, it’s really hard to make that distinction. I think that’s why kicking booze is so difficult. Thank you for all you do!

I’m 100% committed to never drinking again. Once I made that ‘no excuses. Ever’ commitment it’s really quite easy. You just don’t drink. Simple. Everything else is just temporary thoughts. People are generally not committed enough. Weak. Just don’t drink even if you want to. Every day gets easier and easier. Then you start to see the numerous benefits. It’s great. At the start I went to a few AA meets and I can see that they benefit some people. Not for me though. I commit to taking 100% responsibility for my actions and don’t need to rely on a higher power. It’s all about self respect at the end of the day. Some days are tougher than others. So what? Get in with it.

Im happy to say im almost a month and half sober and im not sure if i could do it without support like this. Im noticing my life is improving everyday and im not looking back. I'm almost 40 and was 13 the first time i got drunk at my grandmothers wedding off champagne due to peer pressure from my older cousins. So i know alcohol very well for many years. Odley my journey into sobriety began with a fortune cookie. It read, you have a iron will wich helps you succeed in everything. And it really hit me hard, of course i was hungover while reading it but from that point on i became detrimened to battle my alcohol addiction. I have so much more to say but thanks again, i will battle this everyday with everything i got not just for myself, but my wife and kids deserve the best version of my i know i can do this!!😎

Why don’t you just share the four things with us now? Why do we have to join something? If I knew a boot camp thing to help people, I’d just give it out for free!

AA has a 8% success rate

@@Stopdrinkingexpert Surely the success rate is up to the hard work of the individual and not any program yours AA or any other. You can have the best teacher advice but if the individual is not serious and not willing to put the work in the results will be slim. " No pain no gain" it takes great personal effort and sacrifice that's what I assume must be the first stumbling block it will be of little benefit (unfortunately)

@@sealisa1398 Thank you, Lisa. What people don't understand is I gave up my job to help people with this. Just like everyone else I have bills and outgoings. Sadly, so many people are so full hate that all they can see is negative

Stop Drinking Expert I have no issues with someone earning a living helping people. Attorneys, accountants, life coaches, personal trainers, etc. The contrast is the alcoholic beverage industry making a killing...killing.

Too bad this is nothing but a “buy my bootcamp video” little to nothing on how to actually stop cravings 🙄
