Ever since I was a kid, I have been able to separate different parts of a song as I'm listening to it, from the percussion to the bass to the guitar, keyboard, etc. I could listen to this over and over again. It's food to my ears. I can't get enough of this. What an insane genius you have, Kent Nishimura, and what an inspiration you are to so many musicians out there. Wow! Just, wow!

Every fraction of a second in his brain can control every complecated movement of his senses, eyes, ears, hands and fingers, weight, accuracy, melody, rhythm and mood of the song. He is not a level of guitarist or musician generally. He has something special out of reach.
It's evident he possesses a deep understanding of music! This rendition showcases not only his technical prowess but also his innate creativity & ability to think outside the box. It's impressive to witness such an incredible display of musical talent from someone so young. This arrangement leaves a lasting impact, making us appreciate the song in an entirely different way.

I've been on TH-cam for over a decade and I rarely comment on things. Your brain is superior to a normal human being. To be able to play the melody, to harmonize it and have some chords over it with beats? My mind is blown.
This is special. There are many finger style players, but the tasteful and dynamic playing here almost makes the insane difficulty take a back seat, as we go for the ride.
That little part at 3:39 made me smile from ear to ear
Maaan the precision on his picking fingers is unreal. To keep the resonance and depth on those picks without dampening the other chords is unreal, then throw in the percussion to boot. To say this man is talented is in an understatement. Annnd hes only getting started.

I fully understand how bold this statement is but I do believe that currently there is nobody else who plays this well. It's flawless. There's nothing missing. Nothing. It's really difficult to comprehend just how good this guy is.

If, as a species, we stopped everything else we're doing right now and began beaming this channel into space with all the power we can muster, we might finally have justified our existence to the cosmos, is all. Wow. Even the first 25 seconds of this song seem completely out of the reach of anyone I know. Tapping harmonics with the right hand while strumming and working the fretboard with the left hand, and everything timed perfectly. Incredible!
