      @@MaryRuddick777Hi Mary, in the tribes you visit, do they have a tribal doctor, a type of Medicine man? Do you also investigate the medicines used by the tribes in addition to the diet?
      Thank you for what you do! You are a truly a leader and your work is creating a meaningful shift in the way the western world is looking at nutrition, the microbiome, and healing for many of our major diseases.
      It’s an uphill climb with the medical and pharmaceutical industries doing whatever they can to mislead the public and block the truth, but you are making noticeable progress. Thank you!!! 😊🎉

    Came off SSRI in August after being on for 20 years. The anxiety is crippling. This helped!

    For the last couple of years, I have been faithfully getting sunrise light. I love it but I still have sleeping challenges. I wonder if the light doesn't work as well for me as I have had Lasik surgery on my eyes. Some say it is a factor others say no. Has anyone heard Mary's opinion on this ? I wish she would write a book. Great interview. You ask a lot of questions I would ask. Thanks

      It can also be due to a few other things. Too much light in the evening, too much ambient light while sleeping, a lack of certain microbes that are needed for HPA balance and melatonin formation. Also look at daytime posture and sleeping posture (posture affects your waking hormones), etc. If it’s in the budget, I would get an intracellular nutritional panel (Spectracell etc). Hang in there! ❤️

    Dr. Davies and Dr. Reddick are on the same page. We need to get more doctors on this page so we can create healthy good bacteria bodies. But also keep teaching us how to how to create create through fermenting foods to get the good strains of bacteria that our body's made for me for my lungs. I'm learning in fan and another strain that starts with an R is good for my lungs. I'm going to call it into a yogurt for 2436 hours and hopefully it will help already sauerkraut especially the juice of sauerkraut to breathe.better

      Thank you! I am not a doctor though! Quite purposely so! MDs didn’t help me heal, and I didn’t want to study a field that I see to be so broken. Instead, I studied the microbiome and nutrition. I’ve looked at a few PhD programs, so stay tuned ;)

    Do u think you could have some plant based experts on as well, cos not everyone benefits from eating meat or fasting- I personally find fasting makes my anxiety way worse and it’s not safe for everyone to do

    • @MaryRuddick777
      @MaryRuddick777 17 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      Many diets and fasting practices will work at certain times and not at others. I teach over 40 diets, but that’s often too nitty-gritty for hour-long interviews. Plant-based diets require soooooooo much education to neutralize the plant toxins. That said, keep following your intuition ❤
