Lol I'm house sitting and when I went to open the blinds they snapped closed and the slider fell down. Holy poop this was SO HELPFUL

I just gave it a little angle and put paper behind it and moved it until it did worked for me. This video was very informing ,Thank you.

My blinds are crooked...I can disengage the magnet and find them again but I cannot get the blinds to straighten out

I was able to repair mine without removing the controller. I just kept it at 45 degrees from the glass all the way to the top. I have JEN-WELD brand.

It goes back on track but as soon as I open the blinds it comes right back off

I have done all of this an my blind will not come up at all all it does is flip the blind thats all

I took out the slider with no problem. No I can't get the slider back in place; Is there a trick?

Also need to know this. The clips arent going back in, and I am afraid if I use too much force Ill break the glass. So for now the latch works but the clips are exposed.

You have to break the glass... only way.

Mine is stuck almost two bottom closed. Tried to re-engage magnetic and it doesn't work anymore 😢

Likewise. This video is the same as every other TH-cam video about the “fix”. And this method doesn’t work.
