That awesome drummer’s performance is so soothing man! God richly bless this fine awesome band of blessed musicians. Very distinguished blessed men! Take good care of yourselves! Your performances are necessary to you fans. Blessed awesome men!
Peter Bernstein is one of the greatest living jazz artists, and Lori (a very talented musician) understood him and complimented his brilliant performance perfectly. This is one of the best jazz performances I've heard in the past decade.
He was reharmonizing extemporaneously so musically it’s the better choice to lay out otherwise the two chordal instruments are likely going to produce sonic disjunction.

There is a mistake in the description.
The song is by Philip Springer and not by Hoagy Carmichael, which is a completely different tune.
mea culpa! Thank you for the correction, sir. I was unfamiliar with the tune when I edited the video. Information has been updated.
