- This Is a great donut shop in Brooklyn ny. The best. Here is just glance of how the baker starts his day, at 12am every morning. Wile I was filming him, I asked him, Don't you like to listen to some music wile you bake?, he said no, he loves the quiet. its very relaxing. He loves the routine in the morning, and the smile on everyones faces wile they enjoy the pastries and donuts.

I work in a donut shop and I listen to audio books or classical music while everybody sleeps then when people start their day I get so happy that I got all day to myself to enjoy my gardening!.
Donuts are the best! And gardening too.

I know for a fact this is back breaking work! Proof that every job is hard no matter what the task is... Since the pandemic, I've started baking some of these goodies instead of buying. And let me tell you, they taste so much better at home. But these men deserve a thank you every now and then... So, thank you!

A true artisan, look how much love and passion he puts into everything he does.. Whether its folding the dough or smothering the product in chocolate or icing sugar.. Support your local bakery, they put more love and care into your morning donuts that the supermarkets do
I started out making donuts when I first started working in a bakery, then I moved on to bread and then cakes. Now I’m in management but I still get to help out sometimes. 🧁

In Australia, you can't even make donuts without having completed at least your first year apprenticeship. So forget about dreams like that if your over 30 and you don't have friends who own a bakery

Everytime I visit Greenpoint I will make sure I get a traditional glazed doughnut from Peter Pan. Sometime I see family with kids having breakfast in there, it’s beautiful. Miss the shop.

What a workout you have to have a real love for hard work
From NC. I've actually visited that shop. The closest Krispy Kreme was in Jersey, chain was founded in NC. Grabbed a simple glazed dozen from Brooklyn and loved every bite. Much love to Peter Pan Donut Shop.

Not gonna lie, I always thought that donuts were put through some type of extruder. It's cool to see donuts being made like this! Now I'm craving for a donut.

Man I wish u were here in Myrtle Beach! We have a cpl shops and all they cook is cake doughnuts? I figure yeast doughnuts are more expensive for labor! But man I love the glaze! U have. Beautiful product...I miss those types of 🍩 doughnuts! Seems the world 🌎 has changed to not quality product but the most catchy! Like the “Cronut”...I always think, ok....so what’s next? If I owned a doughnut shop, I would keep with the traditional tried and true formula of mom n pop bakery! If I .had a life to do-over, I would own a dough-nut shop with the best apple -fritters the world would know! That’s my favorite, and I learned my techniques from studying from bakers who own dough-nut shops! I just love a crunchy dark apple fritters with lots of tiny apples and loads of cinnamon! My dream is to open a Donuts shop/cafeteria back home, it's a little poor country but people are craving for new tastes. Now days they are having donuts (mini ones) and the taste is totally different,too messy presentation and all.. I would love to learn this gifted job...but I'm far from everything 😔
