Egypt govt says to replace tuk-tuks with minivans

In India, most of these vehicle are being replaced with similar battery powered TukTuk. In my own city, there are thousands of drivers who have switched to E-Rikshaws, or an electrical TukTuk. It's cheaper as well as much popular in low earning drivers since maintaining is cheap and electric charging is also cheaper. Egyptian government can look for similar alternatives. Drivers won't loose their earning and the city will have lesser polution as well.
