I know this year will probably be hectic for you, but I really hope to see more consistent uploads as I really enjoy your content! And great if it is sponsored work because I am in support of funding your library 😍 xx
@Phoebe Caulfield I’m pretty sure she edits the videos and not her partner. She’s talked about it recently in a video. Why do you watch someone who you seem to have so much disdain for?
@Phoebe Caulfield If you don't like it, don't watch it. It's, frankly, very simple. And if you don't want people to do youtube and spend their time on it and it being their job, then don't spend time here. You get acess to free content, so just be grateful for it instead of being rude to people, and don't follow people you don't like and don't want good things for. You decide how you spend your free time. And just be nice to people, instead of being a rude, negative Nancy. In conclusion: Don't like it? Don't watch it.
@Phoebe Caulfield Maybe you should read that back to yourself. You're being rude in your initial comment, its not just an opinion. Jess doesn't have a right to be tired? You literally don't know what other people are going through, just because they share snippets of their day on the internet doesn't mean you understand anything else about their life. I wonder how you behave in real life and whether you would actually speak to people like this - I think not, the keyboard is an ideal anonymous shield for you.
@Phoebe Caulfield you seriously have no idea what people go through in thier personal lives. Her mum was ill, her partner still works she said so in a few vlogs back, she is a full time parent (much more stressful than a full time student!) And she works, and she's renovating a house. Also who is to say what a proper job is? Seriously go get your own life and stop watching and commenting on people's videos if you're not going to say anything nice. It's just unnecessary and clearly you don't do much with your own life either.
I have my final uni exams ever in february and honestly it's taking all I've got to not just drop out at the last minute because this january is REALLY testing my motivation.
Just a quick note that a paperback is 21.5cm not 20cm. Doesn’t seem like a big difference but when I was doing my shelves even half a cm made a lot of difference
I also wear a couple of rings regularly and if they are sterling silver, like 92.5-95, you can wear them in pure water. So showers, handwashing, maybe a bath, are okay. Same goes for real gold I think. If they’re just gold-plated or not sterling silver, then no because they will rust or discolor. Sterling silver shouldn’t be worn in chlorinated water or seawater though because they will def tarnish/change. You need to know how to polish and clean them though if you’ll be wearing jewelry on a daily basis. Pretty sure Jess’ rings aren’t plated.
I don't know why some people on here are being quite rude... are we forgetting she's also a full time parent as her partner goes out to work? So not only does she work from home herself which she worked hard to achieve, she's a full time mum AND she's been renovating a house since before even her child was born. Of course she's going to be busy and have a hectic lifestyle at the moment AND she still managed to do vlogmas and upload on a regular basis! Just let people be
@aleagria03 There are plenty of self employed people working at home. If they are earning their living through TH-cam, whatever you think about that as employment, and paying their taxes, then they are self employed
@@Chiratalg lol I was kind of joking but she's trying to make it into one by setting up a patreon book club. I mean she also does occasional ads for brands but I was hinting that unlike a regular person she doesn't really need a high-paid job to have this affluent lifestyle and a multi-million pound house to renovate.
@@Chiratalg oh I'm sure it is 🥴 I'm actually an architectural heritage specialist with my own business but ironically I don't think I'll ever earn enough in this profession to buy and restore an exquisite old property, I'd be happy to afford an apartment by the time I'm 40 I guess
I’ve loved you for so long, and loved how you’ve grown but unfortunately I think our paths are parting and you are becoming less and less relatable for me. Good luck Jess ❤️
I love how much I’m detail you provide and go into and seeing how you plan everything out. I can’t wait to see how it will all turn out!
Such a nice little life update! I always love hearing your voice it’s so soothing. So excited for everything!
I love the house content, I'm gonna do my masters next year on interior projects so it's very cool to see! x
Do you need a door to the library at all? If you can have access from the other reception room? xx Love the idea of a front library.
So excited about the house update! 😍 we’ll be starting on our house in a couple of years so this is very informative and fun to listen to!

@Phoebe Caulfield She also has a baby - I’m not a mom, but I’m pretty sure babies take up a lot of time. Plus more uploads means more time editing.

I’ve been using nuud for ~2 years and I love it! It’s really affordable too compared to a lot of the natural deodorant options on the market.
The unintentional ASMR in this video is dreaaaamy
Have you ready The Bell Jar by Sylvia Plath??
This is such a random question but do you have to remove all your rings everytime you wash your hands?x
I don’t think so, I’ve often checked up her jewelry online and they’re like 500 pounds a piece so I think they are waterproof 🤣

I’m not criticising her at all but just for accuracy, I’m pretty sure her partner no longer goes out to work and instead works at home helping her

@aleagria03 yup, it’s so embarrassing
I'm confused, it doesn't seem like she calculated in the actual thickness of the shelves themselves.
She said the math would probably be wrong. It’s more about the idea than the accuracy 😉
@@julieannelovesbooks Sure, I just hope she didn't forget to add it in because it will knock off circa 20 cm of space, an entire bookshelf's worth.
@@olufson I’m sure the contractor will inform her of this so she can adjust the height of the shelves
@@julieannelovesbooks Yes, I'm sure they will :)
I love the brass selection 👏
i swear by Nuud!! I have gotten everyone around me to use it as well 🙌
Your look at the beginning 🥰🥰 nails 🔥
Great video.
Thank you for putting me on to Sarah J. Maas. I'm obsessed!
What do you do?
