That's an awesome place. Thx for sharing this. The resort could probably dam the stream to make a local pool and a whirlpool could be used to generate hydro-electric power for the resort. Wonder how the humidity&temperature is in that place and was there a need for an air-conditioner to keep the place cool. I assume you could probably add a dropdown plastic curtains to seal the cold instead the mosquito nets. What other eco-friendly techniques was used at the resort, does it have solar panels or vertical wind turbines? As for the canopy net maybe add a mosquito net&guard rail so that when u add the blankett&pillow so it wouldn't fall off.
Yeah it’s quite amazing! I think in some of the other villas up stream they had more of a dam which created a personal pool. There wasn’t any air con in the bit we were staying but there was multiple fans to create and keep the temperature down. Hydro electric power would be a great idea!
We've been there but in another tree house, which we had access to a natural pool and the river. We had an absolutely perfect stay at the Treehouse! ;) Definitely one of the most unique places we''ve ever been to.
Balamban is my father's hometown that borders Cebu City. It's cold up there in the evening. Thanks for sharing the Treehouse. Salamat. Stay safe in your next journey.
A place called Balamban. It’s west of Cebu and the journey is quite amazing as the road climbs through the hills! We should have showed it on a map in hindsight!
I'm proud to see this place coz my parents are from Cebu.
It was an amazing place to stay!

Tree Hosue this is in Balamban Cebu, but its near a creek, my only concern would be flash floods
That’s fair! As far as we are aware they’ve never had an issue and hopefully they don’t 🤞❤️
Cool place… it would be more amazing if you have access with the river and falls around you.
We had access to a bit of the river right in from of the treehouse which was nice if a little treacherous too 😂
