I frankly think that I 4.0 is big umbrella and confines the IIoT. IIoT is the way that data is provided to cloud and AI where all those concepts are covered by I4.0 in the seminar it shows that sensors provides data directly to the cloud servers. So this is the main difference from the traditional automation hierarchy. In traditional one the data is only supplied to IO server and then on top of that there is DB server and if applicapable ERS system integration
