    Jones could conform to most ANY musical situation, simply because he is a fkn genius. A musical prodigy boy of the highest order. Without his immense contributions to Zeppelin they surely would not have gained their famed cruising altitude. Just listen to him pick away here at the Jazz Bass. His synchronicity of right/left hands are mesmerizing. He’s playing like a guitarist here and likely has three time signatures bouncing around in his head simultaneously. It’s a damn shame the cameras never once panned over to he and Bonzo during the theramin thunderstorm bit. What the fk? Thank you for posting these incredible isolated tracks. They’re a huge help to me. Keep ‘em comin!

      Well said. Thank you to Ludwigson for this amazing project. These kind of isolations really show both their individual creativity as well as their incredible adaptability, they were so in sync. Listen to Jonesy around 2:22-so funky. I know it was mainly the fault of the cameras, but it does seem that Page made sure each LZ era had a strong centerpiece featuring him that frustratingly meant JPJ and JB were always in the shadows upstaged by the bow, the theramin, long guitar solos. I live in the faint hope that there is footage out there from the filmed performances that may give us uninterrupted views of the other 50% of LZ.

    Oh hell yes. The most badass rhythm section of all time! Thanks for making an isolation of this! Please make more from SRTS...or any LZ...

    Is this the live 1973 Madison Square Garden concert? If so I wasn’t born until 5 years later and even now at 45 years old I rock out to this song with my kids now 12, 9 and 6 years old and they even love it! Timeless classics live on forever!!!

    Another cool part to isolate would be the San Francisco section in Dazed from SRTS 😃

    Thanks heaps man, I been wanting to hear this since I was 15, especially the theremin section. I'm now 43, and I was grinning through the whole thing, thanks again.

    This is so great. Any chance of the Knebworth WLL in the future? I'm particularly fascinated by the new "funky" section that the trio had come up with for the event.

    Do you think you can isolate the drums and bass of the Berlin 1980 show. Its absolutely insane. Jones goes hard asf

    This is awesome however it seems it doesn’t pick up all the bass drum nuances.

      because these are not officially released by the band , it had to be done from the plain audio file itself , which is not easy to do

    It's too bad Bonzo's bass drum is gated out on much of this. It happened on the remixed TSRS release, unfortunately. Really kinda ruined it for me. I'd rather listen to the original soundtrack version just for this reason. But this is still great, just not as great as it actually was, from Bonzo.

      @relayer43 ปีที่แล้ว

      It seems like the software is getting better over time though, so maybe something to look forward to. In the meantime I’m thrilled to get a taste of the rhythm section isolated, something I’ve wished for since the late seventies!

    • @b1j1b1
      @b1j1b1 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@relayer43 This problem was on the remixed re-release of TSRTS. It's not the fault of the isolation software.

    • @Promark1980
      @Promark1980 ปีที่แล้ว

      The bass drum is more audible on the original release ,
