Two cracking Cars. It is a head and Heart thing with these two. Head is the Classic as It means the family could enjoy it and Heart the Custom where you can be totally selfish and enough it on your own or with a mate in the passenger seat. You have done a fantastic job on them both.
Those filters are sintered parts, they are metal pressed into shape, then they go through a furnace to make them solid, it’s the same process with cam pulleys but a different material

Custom for me, but you've done a great job on both. Regarding the fuel filters, the first one they sent you is a post pump filter - the pressure side of the pump would be capable of flowing fuel through the finer mesh whereas the suction side isn't. The process for making the filter elements is called sintering just for your interest :-)

They both look great, amazing work guys. My only thought is with the classic MK2, those fiesta supersport wheels don't look right on it, not enough dish compared to the proper MK2 RS 4 spokes. Just my opinion! I'd love either one to be fair.
