Everything is oneness and oneness has no need for proof. When false beliefs fall away only truth remains. Like the blue sky when the mist has disolved, it was there all the time.
the thought “ i am real” and “i am unreal” both appear to be, to exist , but this is not “ known” except by another thought it appears. to claim i am aware seems no different to i am real. both just thoughts. but nothing behind the appearance. so…. there seems to be just what is appearing and this is not separate from the inherent “ knowingness “ it appears to be endowed with or made of. that’s all i can say. 🤷♀️❤️
Different words are used when they may help nudge the mind past the tipping point. No word in itself is sufficient, but together they triangulate and point out the truth. In the mind, awareness is usually conceived of as some field in which experiences are known. But this is just thinking about awareness, not what Awareness is! So, the Sage may throw in another term, Nirguna Parabrahman, the Supreme Reality, and so on. This is to push past the thought of what is real, to the actual fact of it. When all the mental dualities have knocked each other out, what remains standing is the Absolute.

Reality doesn't hold true beyond the mind and its capacity to perceive and sensate itself into subject and objects. Exclusively a mental event.
