Wow, I already do many of these, but I'm happy to see their being shown here. They do work well, I used to have sowellen ankles after my heart surgery, and these leg exercise have worked out well to keep it away.
Thank you for this information. I have injured my hip and sitting in the recliner is taking up a lot of my time as I recover. I don’t want to get weaker as I am not being active right now and I am in my 70’s.
I do spend time in my recliner since I was told to elevate my legs. This was a great video for me. I have been doing the ankle exercises while in the recliner. One of my PTs told me to get out of the recliner every hour and walk around and touch something. Then I could go back to the recliner. I take handicapped transportation to go places. I have to reserve it 1 to 4 days before I need it. They have a 30-minute pickup window. I do several of these exercises and others while sitting on my rollator, waiting for the vehicle.
hi guys please say HI to bob....my husband has multiple health issues and a long hospialization, he finds himself in a recliner many hours a day. I just showed him this video. He has a legzerciser...do you recommend those? it's new, he's used it for two months so far.

Can your go over these exercises, specifically regarding bi-lateral total knee replacements. My "knees" have been very uncomfortable lately, I'm still walking but perhaps not doing as much exercises as shortly after surgeries. L knee is 6 months post-op, right knee is 3 months post-op.
Hello, First thank you for this video. I am 70+ . Right now I’m dealing with PAD and sciatic pain. Will these exercises work for the sciatica as well as the circulation. Thank you for your time.
Hello again, I was wondering, I do find a heating pad does seem to make things feel better. Can you advise me on how many times a day I should use and how long each time? Thanks again!
Brad & Mike ... I need recommendations for knee sleeves for pain in my knees - bone on bone - osteoarthritis. SO many out there. Lots of pain walking. Help! Thanks much😊
Is the Fit-Glide available in Australia? My recliner can raise my legs much higher than you have shown here, is there any benefit raising my legs to higher than my hips? My legs seem less painful the higher I raise them. I have lymphodema, peripheral neuropathy, sciatica (L4-5, L5-S1), fibromyalgia & ME/CFS.
1:16 How the heck does he do those windshields? O_o I cannot move my feet one centimeter to the out side, I can certainly move them to the in side, but not out O_o Am I the only one having this "issue"?
Having your wallet (probably too big) in your back pocket every day. My ain came on fast. Didn’t know why for 2 months. Thought it was arthritis. Then one day I noticed the pain was where my wallet was. Three months later the pain is lessened. I have been taking some Tylenol. Might help if my hips were stronger.
Those I know who sit in recliners have serious back and leg. I sat in a recliner for a few months and had nothing but problems with hip and legs. When I stop sitting in the recliner and exercised, I was fine. I consider them the worst chair for seniors. Get rid of your recliner’s.

I was worried that my recliner time was all negative to my muscle tone and overall fitness level. Thank you for steering me toward a better outcome!
Thank you so much. Your care and kindness in helping others to stay healthy means a lot.
Continued prayers for Bob. 🙏
I have been subscribed for years. You are so generously helpful in every video. God bless!

I bought one of the fit-glides. I was very unhappy that it didn't come with an instruction/ exercise guide. Now I know another way to use it.

We do ship internationally for the FitGlide. Elevating above heart level is beneficial for improving circulation if it is comfortable.

Brad and MIKE. Wut?
I am zero years old every time you like my comment my age increases…
Just disliked to keep you alive forever
Lame
Your age decreases, if it becomes zero from any other positive number.
Sit in a cushioned good office chair…. recliners are bad for your health.
