Thank you for your video. It is very simple and easy to understand, for someone who has not done this. I am stuck, with my stairs. The guy I hired said that he is not a carpenter, and can not do the stair noses and stairs. It seem your way and the nosing you used is the simplest way to do it. It doesn't matter what it is, they all look the same. Be proud of it, you are smart, to opt what is the most logical options available. Now I can work on my stairs, after almost 2 years of looking. Also glad to know you got your skin lesion taken cared of, and remain in good health.

Thanks for this- really helpful video. But was there a reason that you didn’t leave any expansion gaps? Other stuff I’m reading online suggests 1/8 inch is advisable even for stairs.
Hope you remain in good health ❤️‍🩹

I didn't leave expansion gaps because I didn't know I was supposed to! 😂 But I'll say, none of the stair treads were exactly snug against the wall. They all have a small gap on the ends so this is probably sufficient.

@@dontburnthehousedownvideos haha, fair enough 😋 well if you posted this ten months back and there’s no signs of compression then all’s definitely well that ends well. Have subscribed 🙏
