    This is probably the best video I’ve seen of this particular idea!

      I love it a lot too, but I wish it could fit my HULA feet alongside this, however unlikely it is...

      Your storage stand is amazing! I printed it before I even took the A1 Mini out of the box. The design on it is nearly flawless and the way it assembles is one of the things that make it so brilliant. If I could make one suggestion for improvement it would be to give the drawers a little decent so the don't inadvertently slide out when you move the base. Otherwise, it's FLAWLESS and earned a boost token on MakerWorld from me. Thank you for a fantastic accessory!

    I have printed that storage system. They have another riser with a bigger drawer but no plate storage. Which they also have a section with a 5 slot plate holder. This is an excellent storage solution for the Mini. I love it. He is not lying about the Super Tack. I have 2. Bought one. Used it and bought another. If you get one let the model COOL before attempting to remove it from the plate. That stand is also great. Makes filament changes real easy.

      Lots of great options and customization with the storage system! The super tack plate has also been great so far! Thanks for watching / supporting.

      YES!! By far my favorite print I have done for a printer in a while. I like that I can keep all the mini stuff together and not have things mixed up everywhere. Thanks for watching!

      Any loss of stability with the storage system? It seems as though you would loose a little.

    • @ThePrintasaurus
      @ThePrintasaurus  17 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      @@mikerainey3847 These are stackable. I could see some stability issues adding more than one. I have not tested that. But with the one I have not had any issues.The mini sits in the base and stays in place. If you do the TPU feet it does not move any more than the mini does on it's own. Overall it adds a little under 2" of height. If you don't have TPU a rubber mat would probably work too.

    Happy New Year to you as well! 🍻
    So far so good, but I'm sure it won't be long before 2025 pulls a "hold my beer:... 🙃
    I really like that PTFE tube guide, definitely printing that.

    • @ThePrintasaurus
      @ThePrintasaurus  17 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      lol. I hope that "hold my beer" holds off for a bit this year! The PTFE guide is a small print, but it does make a big difference in supporting the ams hub!

    i have the supertack build plate. it feels immaculate not needing to use a brim when printing stuff that actually needs brim when using the pei plate.

    • @ThePrintasaurus
      @ThePrintasaurus  17 วันที่ผ่านมา

      That is a benefit to the super tack or BTT cryprogip plates I mentioned. You can really reduce the need for brims and things stay flat. An added bonus is typically if you happen to lose power your prints will release on a PEI plate once things cool. I have had some power work up the street recently and have lost power while printing for about 2 - 3 hours or so and the print never released and I was able to resume without issue. Just an added bonus to how well these plates hold.

    Great video and very usefull ideas for my soon to be mine A1 Mini Combo🎉
    Regarding the vertical mount for the AMS Lite and the relabelling, could you just mount it the other way around so the numbers are upside up and the cable is still on the back? 😅 What am I missing there?

    • @ThePrintasaurus
      @ThePrintasaurus  17 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      Yes you could mount it the other way to keep the numbers the right direction. I did the opposite because I wanted to space the ams lite out a little more from the printer and having the cable at the bottom allowed a few more inches. If you want to print those numbers / ptfe support the link I provided has them in both directions, and without ptfe support if that is your preference. So ultimately you aren't missing anything. That was just my prefered mounting direction!
      Thanks for watching, and thanks for the comment! You are going to really like the A1 mini it's a fantastic printer.

    Hi, thanks for the video, great design!
    I purchased an A1mini, it will take some time till arrives and consider printing your files.
    I have checked the "makerword" link. I see that you have printed the stand in a grey filament that is very close from the machine color. Can you share the info?
    Tanks!

      Looking at the 3mf file it looks like they used the Bambu PLA Basic light Gray - here is a link.
