I'm happy to see that you are feeling better and doing well. I'm also from Baltimore. I made and really loved the cream of crab from your older video (which was very entertaining, BTW). I've tried the CoC soup in at least 100 different Maryland restaurants throughout my life, so I'm speaking from experience. I thought your original recipe was absolutely perfect. Close to the best that I've ever had (only hesitating to say that because I cooked it). The biggest difference between the two is that we browned the butter and veggies before adding the flour in the older recipe. The remaining steps of both recipes seem to be the same after that. I was curious as to why you changed it? Is there a flavor difference between the two? Best of luck to you sir. Love your channel. And PLEASE put the original CoC video back up. It was very funny, particularly when your son stole the microphone. You've come a long way since then.
