I wish that when I full screen the album art on the lock screen it would remember that decision. As it stands, whenever I’m playing music later it reverts back to my normal Lock Screen.

Apple Music**
Lossless only works with wired headphones as a heads up. It does not work with wireless headphones so it may not be worth the extra space the files take up on your phone if you use AirPods for example
The most economical way to listen to lossless with the wired Apple earbuds is purchasing the $9 3.5mm adapter. It features a mini built in DAC

@@javtimestwo the lightning-headphone adapter doesn’t support full 24/192 lossless…only up to 24/48. To get full hi-res lossless, you’d need an external DAD/DAC
Hopefully, next generation Airplay will support full 24/192 lossless as the network protocols it uses can support it.
hi Great Video i have apple music and have iphone 12 however somehow when they set up my new phone some of my songs are greyed out where i cant play them this only happens on my phone ive tried syning it by my compuiter contacted apple but still nothing do you know a fix for this all my other devices are fine just on my phone
Thanks for this. How do i sort the artist section, so that it shows all the tracks that I have downloaded by , eg, Bruce Springsteen, instead of only listing the albums? In my old ipod nanoo, it sorted by Artist/Song. On my iphone it only sorts by Artist/Album. If I want to choose a particular track I have to hunt through every listed album to find it.

Smart Playlist that you create on Mac are cool too. sadly you can't sort em anymore
I think ‘New Music Mix’ is weekly and not daily. It says “Refreshed every Friday” in the description.
Well that's because new music releases every week at 12 am on Friday.
Is it possible to do mashup effect in ur playlist, just like Spotify??

Awesome video! How did you get your battery percentage to show like that? Mine only shows the percentage number but the actual battery still looks full regardless of what the number is at.

Fun video. About Lossless quality, you cannot hear the difference over regular headphones. You need a DAC. Which for an iPhone is a pain, but listening on a Mac with a DAC attached sounds amazing and is a huge step up.

You show how to create a radio station and I have created several (my fav way to listen now) but i have a couple I mistakenly created and i have searched high and low and cannot find a way to remove these stations. At the end of albums is the year they were released and the record label, How do I search for the label, eg Smithsonian Folkways?
How do you clear the music when you Close the app?? I’ve been finding it keeps going back to the last thing I listened to even if it was days ago. It won’t clear. I have to hit back to choose a different song only to have it go back to the other song one I completely close the app. It’s frustrating

My favorite feature is when you tap the search bar, then tap it again, it brings up the keyboard and lets you type your request. This is helpful when I’m driv….. using one hand….

Guys probably you know how to deal with the deleting of the downloads if the AM wasn’t paid for
Sometimes I have this issue. Like if I failed to pay for AM during one day after the subscription ended, it deletes all the downloads and I should manually download all the songs again (or via the playlists to speed up the process)

Hi, how can I use Apple music on multiple devices without having family plan. I listen to my phone and Pc, not in the same time and still the music stops and ask me to pay for family plan. It's annoying and not fair because I don't listen in the same time, just different device. thank you! :)

Imo that‘s something Spotify is doing much better. In Apple Music you have to go to every single album and download manually. There‘s no general button in your library.
Dude there is a 30 second forward and backward thing instead of skip to next song button in apple music. How do I get rid of it ??
Does Apple Music makes a playlist with the songs you hear the most like Spotify? Because I started to use music streaming with Apple Music but once you try Spotify you get in love with it. I always wanted to return to Apple Music, but that playlist that Spotify makes Automatically it’s veeeeeery good 😮💨.

One thing I wish is apple would alert people lossless only works with wired headphones and that you could have the option to select only some songs for higher quality. Currently have a large music selection, but only want a few songs in high res lossless

I don't understand the Artists section. I don't know how the 7 artists on that page got there or how to add more but I have favorited over 100 artists and none of them show up there.
If I got into the Listen Now section and scroll to the bottom and click on favorite artists, not even half of them are listed and there doesn't appear to be a way to sort them either.
I've been using Spotify for years and never had this kind of frustration at the UI or disorganization, lack of documentation (I've read apple's FAQ and it's no help at all)

A lot of these things aren’t new? I’m confused. I’ve had the “new music” playlist for years. I’ve also had the full lyrics option for years.
I miss the feature in iTunes on the Mac/PC where you could create a playlist based on years, rating genre etc. I still have playlists generated a long time ago when it was necessary to plug the iPhone to update iOS and update playlists.
Can you not do that via a smart playlist?

@@alanhughes8152 nah. I had to open my very old Mac and make new smart playlists there. Very slow process!
I'm having trouble figuring out how to crossfade. It was simple in the old iTunes, but I consider myself officially lost.
This may be a weird question, but do I have to pay extra for this music because every time I try to download a song on this it keeps saying that I have to pay a monthly fee, but my coworker says that it’s automatic inside the iPhone that you get this music she doesn’t pay a monthly fee, so I’m kind of confused
You pay a monthly fee. She probably has the monthly fee included as part of her phone payment plan.
