Lee's comments after the fight was really disrespectful. 3 judges unanimously voted in favour of OK cannot be conspiracy right ? And asking to reverse the decision was really shameless . Lee's father taught him how to win but forgotten to teach him how to lose graciously !! What a pity for this young gun !

True character is highlighted in defeat. Of all his training i think they forgot to teach him respect and humility. He just lost lots of his fan with his response. It maybe a controversial lose, but thats not the way to over turn it.
I think Lee should train his stamina and endurance. He is strong and fast, but he gets heavily exhausted with prolonged fights and isn't used to them since he won most his fights in the 1st round. Stamina and endurance are a point for him to work on
Lee have a pretty good stamina. He just looks exhausted because of his breathing technique.

I thought i was being biased against Christian, because the Michael and Mitch was too biased against Ok, hence i watch the match 3 times and muted the commentators and tried to take some notes alongside with One Scoring Criteria
Near Knockout and Submission : Christian had 2 Near Submission but it was not a very solid one, Ok manage to get out of both within a short period, there was a "almost knock down" at round 5, but take note that out of 8 punches about 4 was missed and hitting the air. Plus Ok was not affected at all and he was so awake after that attempt plus it doesnt do much damage and on top of that, that was the only highlight for Christian in round 5 while he is getting bashed almost the entire round.
If that is the case, in any One fights the fighter just need to jump into any choke attempt and land blind punches and call it a win? No right? if that is the case wouldn's Michelle Nicolini have won Xiong Jin Nan since Michelle only wanted to go to the ground during the match.
Damage done: i took a note on both the fighter, Ok had a bruised eye & bleeding nose in the 5 rounds, Christian had also a bleeding nose and bleeding lip
Striking and Ground control: this is interesting I think Christian did really good attemps but Ok makes it looks so easy in the ground, in overall Ok's striking lands so much more compare to Christian, i haver a breakdown that i counted below.
Takedown Defence: It was epic how Ok makes it looks easy to get out of both submission attempt.
Aggression: Definitely doesn't belong to Christian, he gassed out on round 3 and beyond

Nice breakdown. The Lee family and the sour CEO should print this and read it for themselves. If I were the judges, with such a tantrum from the ex champion, and if the CEO does something to them, I would resign. The judges should all resign.

If u mute the commentators and just watch...you can actually concentrate more on the fight and see that its a close fight..Ok wins..Lee didnt dominate and he is gassed..Lees takedown doesnt even work thats why he is probably dissapointed he got some striking points..but still he got out struck by Ok...

I saw OK winning the fight. Not sure why Lee thinks he won the fight. Ok was the more active striker although being rocked twice. Ok landed more significant strikes.

About slightly below the 10 minute mark of the video, round 2, Lee was barely bouncing anymore (which is his some form of resetting) and put his arms down. Already visible signs of fatigue that early in a 5 round fight is usually trouble.

OK defended the whole fight. Lee the agressor and the better punches. Two almost finished with punches and near submission. OK looks great but did nothing to win the fight.

How dare he said he won the fight. The commentators are just with him all the time.
Overall, Ok's striking was faster and more accurate. Lee might have been the better grappler but thats useless when you fail to submit / pummel your opponent on the ground because Ok has a decent defence too. From the 3rd round onwards, Ok showed better conditioning than Lee who was panting and heavy. Overall, Ok is the winner for me, but I have to say by a pretty small margin.

You must accept the fact that sometimes you lost something mr.lee..if you want to prove that you won the fight,then ask for a rematch.

Honestly, after he won his last World title fight, Christian seemed like a really nice likeable guy. However, Christian was very classless after this defeat. Saying that the judges were watching a different fight, saying it shouldn't count as a loss on his record and saying he's going to appeal the decision is extremely poor sportsmanship on his part.
If you don't agree with the judge's decision fine but saying you're going to appeal the decision because it didn't go your way just makes you look like a very sore loser.
Lastly, acting like this isn't the way of a true martial artist. Especially one of his calibre. What he should have done was accept the judge's decision and used it motivate himself to train harder for the rematch.

Lee said he won because , he almost finished Ok with submition, but I think its not enough, Ok defended it very well. Lee said he knock down Ok but he also knoked down by Ok. Lee was exhausted, while OK still fresh and keep on striking. I know Ok won with a split decision but little bit surprise with unanimous decision. Maybe judges saw over all performance credited to OK.

Lee got outstruck, his wrestling attempt failed alot and didn't do much of a pounding to his opponent when in lock, gassed too much and basically got canceled a lot.

OK won this one. I watched it 5 times with sound and without. Watching it without sound clearly showed that OK won on points. You can give the 1st 2 rounds to Lee because of the takedowns but those rounds are open for discussion because they are not damaging and did not established control. 3 to 5 its clear that Lee is fading and running out of skills and cardio. His taunting is a sign of frustration, he was not able to do the things that he used to do to other fighters specially taking them down and dominating them on the ground.
Thank god OK stepped in and stopped a "dynasty" from happening. Nobody should let a family dominate a sport.

I just watched this for the first time and on mute.
Christian won the first round.
The second round Christian was more aggressive but OK landed more significant strikes.
The third round Ok had more significant strikes, although Christian caught Ok pretty good there.
Ok definitely won fourth and fifth round, Christian was gassed and missed a lot of hits in round 4 & 5.
So yea, I think Ok Rae Yun definitely won this fight. Very nice and calm approach towards the fight. Excellent take down & submission defense, great striking by Ok

Christian Lee was taught very well how to fight and how to win but he didn't learn the most important thing: how to be a true martial artist and accept defeat gracefully. He only exposed his true character and embarrassed himself and his team by bitching and being a brat about the decision. It would have been easier for him to recover from this loss. I just don't know how he's ever going to recover from what he did after.

Christian Lee should be more aggressive in striking, use the power and accuracy to make tko. He got the ability, but just letting opponent have too much opportunity to strikes him!

IT'S A VERY GOOD DECISION BY THE JUDGE, Christian obviously affected from all those body punch from Ok hence gassing out after the 3rd round.
There is NO world champion that cant finish 5 rounds, Lee was gassing out are very OBVIOUS SIGNS OF THE DAMAGES done by Ok's bodyshots. The judges saw that !!! even if this is a board review, i believe 95% of the judges will still give Ok the win.
ANYONE WHO DONT AGREE GO FOR AS 10 MILE RUN AND ASK A FEW PEOPLE TO PUNCH AND KICK YOU ON THE BODY (ESPECIALLY ON THE STOMACH AND LIVER AREA) HALF WAY AND SEE IF YOU CAN FINISH THE RUN ??
Low score for Lee's 2 submission attempt because it was easily walked out of.
The last round's excitement on Christian's attempt to KO carries low score too, look at it again in slow motion and mute Michael and Mitch

A tough competitive razor-close fight that could have simply gone the other way around, that's what happens when you fail to finish the fight and leave it to the judges, Christian Lee must have forgotten about that.

Yup. Lee got countered, his wrestling was sloppy and too gassed to counter back.
Hands down. AMAZING fight. You can really see the skill level of the two fighters AND the styles they use, Lee with an aggressive style and Ok with a passive style.
But I do agree with the outcome despite Lee's rejection. Even with those two shots that rocked Ok, not only was he able to withstand them, but he was also amazingly defending Lee's takedown attempts. And, even if he was taken down, he just pops back up almost immediately. I believe that, because of that, this fight turned into a stand up match, where Ok was the better striker. Lee was pushing his way into Ok's range but, being the smarter and patient striker, he was able to get away and strike to where he is comfortable. Also, either because of Ok's patience or Lee's conditioning, Lee was definitely tired for almost the whole match, possibly even since the second round.
All-in-all, despite Lee being my favorite fighter for the match, I believe Ok won due to his grappling defense and smart striking. Still, this was definitely one of the BEST fights I have ever seen. Respect to both fighters!

Christian add to ur conditionings.. Push ups with weights on ur back, 16 lbs both hands dumbells shadow fights taichi motion, pull up bar exercise... No bathing after practises or take a bath before exercises.. Do this 3 x a day.. One week you will see the difference..
