When i am battling with my depression and anxiety, your videos are my go to for being positive and more happier. You always seem so happy it makes me really calm. Thank you!😊
Valentina tina it's always good to find our sources of calm and happiness! I hope you are doing well! For me, I love walking in nature and taking pictures of urbanscape. 😊
I'm so happy Laura's videos gives you all that are suffering depression and anxiety peace and helps with your illness ... I've battled the same as you guys for 40 years now but through the grace of God, I'm getting to the end of that black dark tunnel. Stay strong and stay positive as much as you's can. 🕊💖💜💖🕊
Gardening helped me when I was going through the same battle. Caring for something, be it plant or animal, made me feel better. I hope you find your way out of the darkness!
Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful garden with us. 🌻 This is so therapeutic!!! 🌱💕🌾💕 A little slice of Heaven on Earth. Thank you Laura & Aaron.
Ahhh, What a FABULOUS way to enjoy an hour, or more. It’s NEVER to long touring a garden. Especially one as beautiful as yours, Thank you for sharing, even the mistakes! We all make them.
I was reading through these comments and it makes me so happy to see how many people enjoy these videos. It must just be overwhelming to know the impact you two have on your viewers. You help so many. For those of you fighting with depression, never give up. Continue to let Laura and Aaron get you through the hard times. God bless you.
I appreciate your comment and can really relate to it. I've been stalled and dealing with disability which has made gardening incredibly painful, and I have no grass and just gardens. I was feeling very depressed and almost ready to give up and then came across a FB group of fans (Garden Answer Groupies) and then these videos. Watching these videos it's like my brain cleared and I know what I need to do to finish the gardens. And I've had knee replacement surgery too which has helped considerably for me to get mobile again.
I love all the differing shades of purple, the beautiful miscanthus , the rose of Sharron, the white hydrangeas and the gorgeous blue lobelia. Just lovely
Oh honey .... a deer! That's just the scout. She'll be back with the rest of the family now that she found your oasis. Doug said to tell you to be saving your money for an 8-foot deer fence! All jokes aside I hope she keeps moving far, far away. I wish you could see all the pretty things they have eaten to the ground here. Ugh! Last week it was monkey grass of all things! I love the long garden tours. Thank you for what you do. I am praying often for Kimi and that precious family. God is a miracle worker. I am trusting Him for complete healing. Sending love to your sweet family. Happy Gardening!! Kathann
Never mind the fact I worked a 12 hour night shift in a busy ER. Dead tired and I come home open up TH-cam to see what Garden answer has in store for me today. Guess what no longer tired Best 48 mins I spent all week ❤️😁
I just want to say thank you for doing this vlog! It's SO helpful! I added so many plants this year and a few of them started yellowing so much. I was worried about them dying, but then I saw your vlog about chlorosis. You saved my new lambs ears and butterfly bushes! I was ecstatic when I saw them bounce back in the weeks after I added iron tone. I think a few more could use it now. Thank you so much!!
While I enjoyed your monthly garden tours, these longer ones I love! Laura, It's nice to see things don't always turn out perfect....gives us amateurs hope. You are so encouraging. 😊 Aaron you don't get enough credit for all of your hard work Awesome filming. I just love the deer scene. It wasn't in this vlog but you have a great laugh.
Jennifer Trace I guess I have really never though of Aaron being left out because Laura is so good about praising him and bringing him into the video as much as possible. I really was just bragging on Aaron a bit. 😊
You are truly and inspiration. I’ve been a gardener for 50 years. I love your enthusiasm and love for your garden. Thanks for sharing such valuable information to us all.
Laura, you could put up a two hour video of a tour of your garden and greenhouse and we would all be thrilled to watch it! My barely gardened yard means I live vicariously through your videos (and also, goals). I do want to share though! I thought I was the doomed gardener! Not even a black thumb, an actual death thumb lol, I’ve killed cacti for crying out loud 😂. Then I stumbled on your channel one day at the beginning of the year and I realized ALL the things I was doing wrong (the biggest one being I wasn’t using potting soil). Through your channel I also found calikim and from there I now have an array of different flowers blooming in my hot and humid NC heat, a lot of which are on my uncovered porch which makes it hotter. But I also am thrilled I have an actual garden!! I’m growing two different squash plants, two zucchini, ten okra plants, and five different types of peppers and they’re all doing wonderful! If it wasn’t for finding you, I would’ve never known my potential, so THANK YOU!!!! Watching your videos and seeing your family (including Russel) has been a joy! Thank you for what you all do!!
Lexi Titus NO!!!!! They need a 30 min show on Saturdays on HGTV!!!! THEY have the following!!! And they have so much commentary!!! The baby, the cat's, the garden center!!!!! Wonderful idea!!! Lol
To help mowing under trees my dad has a robot lawn mower! It’s soooooo quiet and sooo fun to watch do its thing and it’s small. If someone tries to steal it it has an alarm and code and it mulches the grass making it greener when there’s little rain. It goes out by itself every day or so keeping the grass down :)
I do not garden with the exception of tomatoes and now I watch all of your videos (with pausing and rewinding). You inspired me to to create a beautiful landscape when we move next month. Thank you for taking your time and sharing your home and ideas. It’s a pleasure to watch!!!!
Green thumb is a understatement, your both hands are green hands. My wife and I love to get out to garden. It is very therapeutic. Love your gardening ideas.
Weeping willow trees are my favorite trees they are so beautiful !! Everywhere you look is absolutely gorgeous thank you for the tour, I enjoyed watching
Me too! Whenever I saw one as a little girl, i would go sit underneath them and pretend I was in a super dramatic movie. In my head I was barefoot and in a flowey white dress 😂
The UK is having a heat wave and it hasn’t rained properly for weeks and weeks. I am trying desperately to keep my newly planted trees and annuals alive. Your grass looks so lush and green. Ours is dry and crispy! Thank you for sharing your incredible garden.
Another beautiful tour. I can't believe I forgot about Hollyhocks. My grandmother always grew them. I'm going to be working on a secret garden for my daughter and Hollyhocks would be perfect for that space and It would be like having a piece of my grandmother in our yard. Thank you!
Hi Laura, Couldn’t stop myself from writing this comment. I will be more than happy if you could read this. I am following your TH-cam videos from past 1 year. I feel privileged for having subscribed to your channel. I am truly inspired by your gardening skills and passion. Your gardening videos make my day and help keep my gardening interest. Your videos guide me in understanding how important it is to take into consideration the plants growth requirements like sunlight, water while planting in a particular location, how to keep check on plants health, identification of problem and remedy if there is any issue. I am really thankful to you for sharing your gardening experience, ideas, projects, as well as failures😉 with us. I request you to share all gardening videos even if you think its less important or smaller project because for us there will be definitely something to learn in them. Deer incident was lovely in this video. Can’t wait to see the video on irrigation project. Thanks Aaron, all videos are captured very well and it seems as if I am watching a story, perfect cinematography. Feels good to see glimpse of cute little prince, Benjamin, every now and then. About me: I am a software engineer living in Bangalore, India and passionate about gardening.
If your house was a bed and breakfast, I'd have to stay a minimum of a week just to sit outside and enjoy everything in your yard. Thank you for such a lovely video.
I was so excited to see this notification! My mouth fell open when I saw the hay racks in the background. It looks stunning even from the back view! You can make the videos as long as you want! I watch the entire thing with a cup of coffee and then listen to it again while I garden. It's so relaxing and you have an incredible eye for design. Often I hear people reference your channel in their videos. Your garden is gorgeous!
I've seen your gardens many times and each time . . . I'm in awe. This is the month it is in it's glory!!! I always want to see what you have in your green house too for future reference !! Thank you Laura and Aaron, you add so much into the lives of many garden lovers !
Gooodmorning! I couldn’t waite to sit down and watch once I saw tour on notification! I haven’t even gone out to my garden lol. Laura it’s sooo beautiful! I love the different types of hydrangeas you have added. I really hope the light limes like the spot you picked for them they are really tough. We have been experimenting with different panicle hydrangeas in full sun in our zone 8a and so far so good tons of growth and flowers. The denim and lace we planted is doing well here it’s loving it. I love how your allysum has taken off. We planted ours in the beginning of spring and it got huge and did amazing as the hot weather arrived it started scorching the back ones are still hanging on we will try again in the fall once it cools. On the beginning of video I love your choice of plants that verbena is beautiful. I had to do the opposite with the Pricilla and Bordeaux lol. Your Weeping Willow just brought back some memories for me. It is beautiful by the way. I used to dance with my Nana's Weeping Willow when I was younger and it was always so magical. Hey Laura, I think the jelly fish planters are two separate pots per fish. If you look at the top of the impatiens there were additional wires going to the planters as well as a central hook. Also you can see light coming through the middle of the jelly fish on the left. Even with this I prefer the colors you chose. And I too thank you and Aaron for your excellent videos!!!
Oh what a wonderful tour!!! So great to see all the plants and how they are growing and filling in. Love the pots by the barn they remind me of little gnome hats with the tall green and the flowers around the bottom!!
Did she really say this tour is going to long, lol. We NEVER think this. Love the idea of the tree arch but PVC may not work well in the heat and I think you have said before it can get hot there. My PVC arch did not make it but the TX heat could be more then yours. Your place looks great! Please Aaron do a video 🙏🏼
Great fun, much better than what's on tv! "For 75 cents, I will find a place to plant them!" Spoken like a true plant freak. Happens to me all the time. How can someone resist that? I love the hollyhocks! They are enormous. Glad you are keeping them. Also, you didn't highlight it, but I really liked the Liatris in that one shot next to the veggie garden.
I just love you, Laura. You are so sweet, and knowledgable and down to earth. I feel like we'd be great friends, and have A Lot to talk about. Sometimes, when i go somewhere with friends I find myself looking at plants and naming them and my friends just look at me weird because i know all the names. I 've been gardening since i was a toddler. I love gardening... so relaxing and fun.
Kudos Laura & Aaron! Absolutely gorgeous, loved the video. Don’t worry about length of video, garden lovers enjoy it! Precious to see the deer in your video as well....hopefully they are just observing the beauty and not nibbling! Have a great week! Happy gardening! 😉🦋🌸🐝
Amazing. Enjoyed every bit of the tour. At the end the aerial view served as the icing on top. It was wonderful to see the top view. Keeping everything in perspective. Loved it. Ur garden is awesome & the video was super awesome 😃
AARON PLEASE MAKE A VIDEO!! Maybe a time lapse of cutting grass, because the grass is beautiful! Or a video of you putting up the Christmas lights to kick off the holiday season!! Something with Laura holding the camera and you in the video!! I love y'all and your garden continues to inspire me. Can't wait to see the hydrangea garden come together. White gardens are so pretty!!😍😍
Stunning and beautiful work. Thank you for sharing and inspiring; every time I see one of your videos it inspire a me to get out in the garden and tackle one more project. I just love seeing the growth of your garden areas. Thank you again.
The deer's visit on your garden only shows that your garden is so inviting even to wildlife... I can only dream of having a garden like that... Love from the Philippines... ❤
I love your place. So beautiful and so much work girl, but I bet you love every minute. Honestly love your's the most out of any garden I have seen. Thank you for the videos. I love the long videos. lol
Thank you for the beauty berry update. The spider wort was good too, I dug up and divided a large over grown area for a lady giving it away. Then took them to a friend with a woodland garden and to a wooded area at my church. Love your channel !
Oh my Laura and Aaron, your garden tour was amazing! I really enjoyed this video. You have so much beauty all around you, and experiencing all the plants and flowers that you have just makes me smile, and say oooh and awwww, because it gives me so many ideas for my own spaces. I truly enjoyed this video, it is such an inspiration, thank you thank you thank you!!
At least the rabbits aren’t eating them down to two inches of stem it’s crazy! Who knew the critters would find hosta such a delicacy! I won’t hurt them even though there’s been lots of suggestions how to get fid of them maybe I’ll contact fish and game they might have a suggestion.
Omgoodness! What a thrill that was. What a piece of property! Do you ever stop? Your energy seems to be insatiable. I bet your mind never stops thinking about what to plant where and to coordinate the colors in a beautiful manner. Thank you, I so enjoyed every minute of the tour.
Love your garden Laura. I know you and Proven Winners are in business together, which is awesome, don't get me wrong, but there is SO MUCH Proven Winners in your garden (almost like the PW test garden you showed us before). I would love to see more of a mix of PW and other brands/generic in your videos. Personally, I can't always afford these hybrids, and often prefer classic heritage plants. We see a lot of the same varieties in your videos, too, which can reduce the excitement of seeing you've posted a new video. Anyway, just a thought.
my blood pressure drops watching these. this is my 6th time watching this video. i just find it so soothing. i am big fan of your channel. thank u for these videos.. (more, more tours! please)

Those supertunia pink is amazing!!!
Hey Laura,
I think the jelly fish planters are two separate pots per fish.
Thanks for the daily adventure! I had a six toed kitty for 25 years named billy,he was my garden buddy!

I agree out Texas heat is burning it up, as it always does in the summertime and I loved the length of the vlog.
TheSliverleaf very true. I live in South Texas and the summer heat is no joke.
I can't wait to sit down and watch this later. Pity I have a full day at work. I know its going to be worth the wait
A tree arch sounds wonderful. Can you please do a video on it? 🌳💚🌳
Chrissy Kaiser i know right SNAP TO IT 😍LOVE HER YARD

You made me giggle @ "tsk..I found a new gopher mound." Sorry y'all, beautiful yard!
Love all the follow up, learning what works and what doesn't. And I'm with Aaron, Disney color everywhere.

Day made!! ❤️❤️❤️
This is the best garden video I have ever watched.
Love your super long videos!!!! ❤️❤️❤️
Beautiful, but a lot of work. It is such a joy to watch.
Breathtaking. This is a dream garden. I think a sculpture would be perfect where the pond was.

You are such a talented young lady. Your garden is gorgeous. Thank you!
Holy cow girl do you know your plant names! Amazing, love it all, but how do you keep up?
Laura, you have such a beautiful and well maintained house and garden! Big BRAVO for your husband too!!
So beautiful, I know you’re channel is about gardens, but I’m anxious to see your house. You have such good taste! How many acres do you have?
Lisa Blumenthal I believe she has said it is 2 acres.
I enjoy watching your garden tours.
The drone view at the end is treat on top of the treat of the tour. Goes to show how much you've done to the property. Thank you!
At least the rabbits aren’t eating them down to two inches of stem it’s crazy! Who knew the critters would find hosta such a delicacy! I won’t hurt them even though there’s been lots of suggestions how to get fid of them maybe I’ll contact fish and game they might have a suggestion.
Lynn James Buy a product called Plantskyd. It's the ONLY thing that has worked against bunnies for me!
I LOVE every video you post. The longer, the better. I don't garden but would love to one day. Thank you Laura and Aaron!
Gorgeous, Stunning, Classic!👍👍👍🌺🌻🌼🌷 But those terracotta feet under the black urns @ the start of the video kill me every time I see them. lol
Love the look of the cloudy verbena!
More brilliance
Omgoodness! What a thrill that was. What a piece of property! Do you ever stop? Your energy seems to be insatiable. I bet your mind never stops thinking about what to plant where and to coordinate the colors in a beautiful manner. Thank you, I so enjoyed every minute of the tour.
2:50 Dexter!!! 😩😭💔
You have a viewer for life. Thank you.

We have gotten so many ideas from your gardens. I watch every video you have. Keep them coming. Lord bless you and your family
my blood pressure drops watching these. this is my 6th time watching this video. i just find it so soothing. i am big fan of your channel. thank u for these videos.. (more, more tours! please)
