    I agree completely.
The sound from the Bose in my new Tekna is a bit disappointing in that you don’t get a whole balanced cabin sound. It really is only good up front with very little sound coming from the door speakers.
If you adjust the speaker settings to try and balance the sound for a more central all round experience you lose all the depth of sound from the front speakers. And why don’t the the rest of the speakers have the Bose logo badge on them. This can make owners like myself question if the rest of the speakers are genuine Bose or just the standard Nissan speakers. Probably just penny pinching on Nissans part.
All in all, would I spend £590 for this added option again, I’m not sure I would.

Yeah, totally agree with the conclusion, though I'm critical a bit more: it all applies, when you don't raise the volume, but extremely disappointing how quickly it loses the punchiness and starts distorting the peaks even at mid-level volumes. However I love the car itself, I love the whole behavioural package that comes with the e-Power drive.

Thanks for sharing! Personally didn't experience much of an issue at higher volumes, though, understand the sentiment in that it doesn't scale perfectly

Thanks for sharing this video. As an aside, I've never heard of Bose's pedigree being about forward mids! In fact, Bose is the Poste child of V-shape sound signature!

      Pleasure, glad you enjoyed it!
Interesting that you mention about the sound signature being V-shaped; most of its consumer products are mid-centric, such as the company's soundbars, desktop speakers and headphones.

And why aren’t there any setting to adjust the subwoofer?. In other cars that has a subwoofer, there has always been a setting for this, on top of the Base and Treble

There are many systems out there that don't have the adjustment, and it's silly. Not sure why it's been omitted.

Does it not have the headrest speakers like the Juke & Micra?

Wasn't ever aware that those two had headrest speakers! But no, the Qashqai doesn't have them.

Hello, I'm going to upgrade from a Ford Focus TItanium X with B&O sound system. Do you think the Bose system it's better compared to the B&O Play on the Focus? How are the 2 cars, is there any difference between them? For me, Focus it's a good car, however, I hate that it has low ground clearance...

Long time since I've heard a Ford Focus with a B&O system, so wouldn't be the best for me to comment on it, sorry!
