  • Hey Everyone This Is My Iron Cross Progression Video Hope You Guys Enjoyed It. I Was Able To Go From Zero To Being Able To Hold A 5s Iron Cross In Only 2 Weeks. I Only Did 3 Workouts Each Week For The Iron Cross After A Total Of 3 Months Of Iron Cross Training I Was Able To Unlock The Iron Cross Press Too.

    You tried Nakayama with band before being able to do the cross hahaha. Besides that, congratulations. You have motivated me to keep training the cross.
