Lots and lots of respect for a freaking World Champion shooter. Hard to argue with something here and not feel silly. But I was surprised to not see a brush run through the barrel to clean, deal with any debris it it. Im gonna continue to use a brush when doing mine. Still not gonna win a shooting competition here though lol.
Agreed. I'm surprised that more time was spent on the magazine than the barrel. Even after a hundred rounds, the inside of my barrel needs to be cleaned - probably more than the inside of my magazines. I also oil a bit more, especially on the areas where I see wear.
I wonder if I am doing it wrong if I spray some WD-40 on the dirt parts then whip the parts with a dry rag. I see others below talk about swabbing the barrel with swaps and maybe a copper brush too.. then lubricating any non stainless steel barrel to keep it from rusting. Lubricate the barrel with a clean patch with oil on it. Now I will look at the $47.00 cleaning kit that is sold under Rose accessories again .
Rose, seems like a lot of oil on the frame and slide. Shouldn’t you wipe the excess oil off with a clean cloth? Thanks for the quick and easy to understand Sig maintenance video.

What oil does she use?
Sig's Spec1 oil
The lever is not working.
Mine is extremely hard to lower. And it pops back up when I release the slide.
Oh, wait… with the safety off, that worked. 😬
