    IMO this story is universal.
There are 3 themes here that comes around in other tales like the Death Of Baldr and a similar tale in Vedas if you strip it down. (Whit some variations)
    Namely:
    1. A blind Archer.
    2. A whisperer whom tells the Archer where to aim.
    3. The one being killed is illegal to kill..(Or he is assumed Immortal but yet is killed)..
So this kind of story have clearly been very important to preserve no matter witch time period or geographic location..
The theme of the Archer, The Whisperer and The Dying Immortal clearly have a timeless deeper message witch is just waiting to be solved on a spiritual level..😀😮
    (1. Baldr in the role of Cain.
    2. Hod in the role of Lamech.
    3. Loki in the role of Tubal Cain.)

The death of Baldur has a pinpointed time frame of 1000 ad when written. The Vedas has a bunch of different websites fighting about when it was written. The only good thing ever taken from the vedas: how to make a battery. Otherwise the stories are meant to inspire.

True. But, I am called to the manner in which he is shot down. As the story or other stories state; Cain is half angelic/ demon, as a nephilim. I say all that to peek curiousity as Cain being marked. May we think that maybe he exuded a dark aura of his demon, making him appear as a beast to someone with failing eyesight. If that is how the curse worked. Or, would he have not aged to be a cursed wanderer forever? *Many approach him* "I've known you for years. I've grown old. I don't think you're wrong; Cain would've been old when Lamech began his life, and Cain was living away from the rest of the tribe, due to his actions as a murderer- and for his own protection ironically, due to the murder he committed according to the legend in question.
But he does make for an interesting story villain, and also victim of identity theft by the evil seraphim that had basically enslaved him for a long time via having scammed him into murdering his own brother.

It isn't sin at The Most Highs command because His reasons for assigning the judgement of death is for reasons of analyzing the hearts of men in a way David or any other man can't do. David was a vessel and murdering under The Most Highs command wasn't counted against him, same with Moses. Intent of the heart makes a difference with God. This is an interesting viewpoint and goes some way to explain the duality mentioned by Tubal Cain that He could not be certain whether it was a man or a beast walking towards them. One would have thought that they would have waited until Cain had gotten close enough to identify himself to them. The fact that this was not the case, may suggest that Tubal Cain knew who was in the field that day, what is more it may be that Tubal Cain, knowing the extent of his father's blindness, that he somehow used his father's ability with the bow, to intentionally kill Cain. The Bible states that Abel's blood was crying out from the ground for revenge, for retribution at Cain's unjust treatment of Abel. In respect of your assumption of the relationship of Cain and that of the sasquatch is feasible, because the Bible says that Cain went to the land of Nod and met his wife and had children by her all of which could have been hairy men and daughters, just like Esau, who was said to have reddish hair. This is also a description of Bigfoot. Lamech, lost his temper with his son Tubal Cain, because he realised that his son had used him to kill Cain and by this action, had turned Lamech into a murderer. It would seem to show that Tubal Cain was cunning and deceived his father, though the purpose is not clear. Thus, I am merely proposing an alternative view as to the motive behind Tubal Cains apparent uncertainty as to the comment he makes to his father about Cain. It's all food for thought. 😊

The mark on Cain wasn’t physical. Cain’s curse is clearly illustrated in Genesis 4:12. He would be unable to produce food from the earth and wander for the rest of his life. Cain said this is more than he can bare, considering Adam’s curse is that he must work for food. God hears Cain and says nobody must kill him because wherever Cain dwells, the land will be bare.
So going off this, more than likely Cain’s children were the first to eat meat. Because they would be unable to produce fruit and vegetables. Hence God telling Noah after the flood, he is permitted to eat meat.

This is what i think. I think because Tubal was the one who lead another kill a man (well of course Assuming the old man was truly blind or near blind which will also complicate things) so Tubal's karma came back to him for urging his father to kill a man in haste without investigating. Plus he being young and having better sight, its hard to excuse him. I also think if Lamech was to beg God and truly repent for both manslaughters, God would have forgiven him But instead he chose to glorify his acts as greater than God's which not only will he be tried for manslaughter, hes also in deeper trouble for Blasphemy which is a serious sin in itself. Hopefully he repents his manslaughter and blasphemy before his final breath or otherwise hes in big trouble mostly with blasphemy in conjunction with manslaying.

Great video thanks. The book of Jasher holds a lot of interesting information. Although it is not a book in the bible it is referenced by scripture - 2 Samuel 1v18 + Joshua ch 10v13. The stories of the building of the Tower of Babel and the life of people in Sodom before it is destroyed are definitely a difficult read. In some respect Jasher puts the meat on the bones of some of the biblical stories. Listen to the two witnesses and the three Holy angels to come as they will respectively explain all you need to know including - preach the gospel, tell us who Babylon of our time is, warn us about the mark of the beast and the consequences if you take it - Revelation ch 11+14v6-12. John ch 14v1-6. KJV bible online used. You can look the references up if you wish.

Excellent point. Last I heard sub-titles were a manual process. Meaning that if you want actual literal (non-automatic) subtitles the channel must do it manually. It would be easy to translate the text into any language, but to get the subtitles built into the video correctly, it’s a repeat of the manual process. For someone who doesn’t say speak Arabic, getting the subtitles to appear at the right point to match the English words… that would be difficult. It would require someone who understood the different languages to do it right. Otherwise it would be frustrating to read as the timing would be off.

How could someone who couldn't see kill ? The truth of the matter is that Lamech was not blind. The young man that he mentioned wasn't Tubal. In the generation of Lamech,Enoch was a very young man compared to Lamech. If you check very well, the man mentioned by Lamech, was Cain, and the young man,was Enoch. This so because : "All the days of Enoch were,365 years." Now when Lamech went to get the body of Enoch whom he had killed,he couldn't find him. He was nowhere to be found. Because,he was the only one who knew the true God,he died because of preaching righteousness to Lamech. Lamech was enraged by his preaching and vowed to kill him. But Cain, his father prevented him. In a bid to put a stop to what Enoch was doing,he struck his father who stood in the way and kill him, then he struck Enoch to death. After that,he ran out and told his two wives Adah and Zillah. When they came to the scene of the act, they could not find the body of Enoch. It was nowhere to be found. This is simple Bible truth which the educated of this world, cannot understand.

  • @chissstardestroyer
    @chissstardestroyer ปีที่แล้ว +1

Regarding the event alleged in the Book of Jasher: Lamech didn't even *know* what he was shooting at; so that'd reduce or eliminate the nature of the penalty; Cain was indeed dealing with the terror of which all murderers deal with: retaliation for their murders, yet Lamech didn't even *know* that he was shooting at Cain- not by a long-shot, and Cain had known *precisely* what he was up to: he premedetated the murder of his brother: a totally different crime that even the fully *secular* legal system anywhere recognizes: of course the deity would recognize the difference in available data, and Lamech clearly is *quite upset* at his having taken Cain's life- not out of fear, but out of realizing, as any criminal should, a genuine "What have I done?" and anger at the fellow who told him to shoot, when they had *No idea at all* what he was shooting at.
Yet Yahweh here is not taking vengeance on Cain, not by a long-shot; it really is that He sentenced him to exile, and since man's life is but a period of approximately 80 or so years, give or take (in those days, to increase the population rapidly enough, it does stand to reason that men lived longer- plus men were *way* more physically active- due to necessity), then it stands to reason that since the corruption of the flesh due to original sin (which I properly read as a genetic mutation in the soul's DNA; which also explains a lot of personality flaws as a lens); it does stand to reason that Cain would die; but when his time came, and not before, and not after. Yet Lamech's wives' reactions to his apparent murder of their son *does* make a lot of sense: they justly freaked out at his illbegotten actions of extreme immorality!

Cain would have looked bad for a man of his age, given the fact that he was cursed to wander the earth and that it would give no yeld to him. The days of men were longer then, and knowing that Cain had a mark, & supposedly he looked like an animal from a distance, kind displays to me that even though God had forgiven him, the toll of the curse had changed him. I am also drawing conclusions from how in the book of Daniel king Nebuchadnezzar was struck with the mind of an animal. I would conclude that the sins of the father are past onto the sons. Also you can see God's mercy on Cain by allowing his blood to return to the earth. Also that man's original sin is always in question, and responding with the Lord, is better than reacting with the devil.

Tubal Cain in this didn't know that the man he was beholding in this legend was in fact the original murderer; and hence a human monster- but to inform someone to shoot without knowing what you're firing on when hunting is to commit murder- due to recklessness with a weapon. The essence of right/wrong about use of weapons to get food, or any use of lethal/potentially lethal equipment is the rule "if in doubt: do not shoot"; no matter what, if you cannot positively confirm that you're acting in defense of yourself and your neighbors, do not fire, no matter what or why you do something, do not fire if there's any possible doubt about what's what.
*That* is why you don't let a blind man operate a rifle: nobody's safe if you do. If you cannot see, you cannot shoot... no, it is most likely that they figured out that they were face-to-face with a monster who'd committed fratricide and in a panic, shot him dead sounds most likely of the options involved. Now Cain was deeply scared of this, and this often happens with murderers: they get scared for their lives- but he brought about his demise by murdering his brother in a fit of "corporate jealousy" as I would classify it; for he coveted his brother's favor with their Boss: Yahweh Himself- and it wasn't the gifts that caused Yahweh to react the way He did; no, He basically flipped out in a rage at the *murder* that happened in the workplace! It was abuse of a coworker that caused Yahweh to react with such rage, not at all Cain's gift: that could easily be sorted out- but when he in a jealous and envious rage elected to murder his coworker: that'd do it alright for a firing offense if nothing else would. I mean, if you can get fired and arrested for stealing from your boss (and if you do that, you should be fired), you will absolutely be fired for *Murdering* your coworker- that's going to merit you a stint in *prison* if nothing else, so of course He flipped out at *that* felony!

If he couldn’t see how could he hit the target.
Explain to a confused Christian and didn’t God say a curse would be upon who ever killed Cain and why beat the boy, he killed Cain. I guess you can say everything that followed could be a curse but mmmm doubt it. But what bothers me is he killed Cain and got angry enough that a half blind man made it back to camp to tell his wives what happen… this whole story buggs me
Don’t get crazy with me I’m a Christian just expressing my self

The more I listen to the Book of Jasher, the more I think it should be taken seriously (unlike Enoch 1). There is a lot of prophecy here: Jesus was the 77th generation from God (Luke 3), and Lamech said those who hurt him are cursed 77 times over. We can assume while Cain recieved a curse, Seth recieved a blessing that was 77 fold. Psalm 127:3 says that children are a blessing. Noah's father Lamech (line of Seth) died when he was 777 years old. Lamech (the son of Cain) was the 7th in the generation if God was the first, so you have three sevens there again. We should assume Jesus had both the curse and blessing that was 77 fold because he is referred to as the Son of God (what some scholars believe the sons of Seth were called) yet calls himself the son of man (what some scholars believe the children of Cain were called). The way that Cain died unjustly is similar to how Jesus was unjustly killed. Yet, Jesus also had the blessing that came from being the "Son of God", and through this blessing conquered death. I need to read the whole book of Jasher to see how much else I agree with.

This story is best defined as unknowable whether it be truthful or not, so it is best to think of it as "biblical fanfiction", now Yahweh in this *appears* to be in line with His personality; so it shouldn't be that much of a problem, but it is to not be seen as absolutely true, or absolutely false... it is to be seen as a plausible story- the crime, as Lamech makes clear: is the detail that you do not shoot if you do not know, positively, what you're seeing. Yet as a crime-story, it fits quite well; and in terms of a penal colony mixed in with a tribal society; this really is proper as material.

Lamech in his boasts reflects the idiocy of the "egodrama" to a T. He really did mess up big time; and doesn't appear penatent at all, but seems to be proud of what he's done.

As soon as he realized what he has done, that he killed his cursed ancestor Cain. He "took" Cain's curse upon himself and became a killer, a vampire and a master mahan (freemason). So what happened to Lamech after this? No one really knows. Maybe he's still alive or met his end throughout the centuries.

@@Khaayron Yet vampires are fantasy, simple as that, though historically tending to be a kind of cautionary tale type in overtly *Christian* and Jewish fantasy intended to convey the need to mind one's choices; and the "freemasons" didn't even come into existence for several million years, going by anthropological standards nd human anatomy; hence your whole stance is blatantely false on almost all accounts therefore., as you couldn't separate fantasy, even for a purpose, from reality; so thus you therefore no longer can qualify as a human being, but something truly *antihuman* in nature.

@@Khaayron Well, then in that case it is you who got it wrong. You cannot drop someone who's got his feet on solid ground, it will not work- nor can you press someone down who is, all that's going to do is cause him to hate anything above him- always happens that way, and always will... hatred is a quality of the subordinate, not the superior, so thus hatred comes from humbling oneself, not from any kind of superiority. In short, therefore, the word of God is backwards in regard to what causes what- and always was and always will be.
Plus it heretically claims that planets haven't collided, and that spirits guide the motions of bodies; they do not, and planets *have* collided, that's how the moon, Luna, was formed, so the bible's heretical in its basic nature, as it lied about that, who knows what else it has lied about.

    • @jdturnier8539

He was never "immortal". Yes,God punished him for the murder of his brother for the ground/crops to never yield to him and they would die and he was to wander forever yet in a merciful way mark him to not be harmed(killed)by anyone who found him. A form of protection. That doesn't mean that he can't die. Remember,Adam & Eve ate the forbidden fruit a Ig generational curse upon humanity was born so we can die.
