I know, that is an aftermarket oil filter cap. Don’t worry, the cap was replaced with an OEM motorcraft cap and the drain tube was replaced as well.

I would also check the FICM voltage as well.
I had mild stiction issues that I thought was my problem but the FICM was getting weak and caused more problems than the stiction

I changed the oil in my 6.0 yesterday and it runs like shit simply after an oil change

Yea mine did that too it evens out once the oil gets the carbon in it
