Adding Details To Inlays Using Print & Cut

- I had a special request for a desk name plate. I used three different types of hardwards in this name plate. But the real trick was adding the details to one of the inlays after it was placed in the name plate and was ready for finishing. It required adding the details to the inlay using the Print & Cut feature in Lightburn.

I just had a FEDEX delivered to the wrong address. Caught the driver and he fixed the problem.
That eagle looks amazing! Thanks for teaching us about Print & Cut.
You are so welcome!
I like your solution to throttle the downloads. I can't see a need to have more than 40 files per month.
They have silicone brushes to apply the glue instead of using finger. Once the glue dries on the brush, just peel it off.
This is useful information. I've always hated the idea of having a single use brush for gluing. I will look for a few sizes of silicone brushes. Thanks again for the info.
Suggestion about font fit. Try one letter as a test, when that fits then do the rest.
FYI if you didn't already know the guide lines are actually 20M long, I want to see a laser that will use that size LOL, For the translucent epoxy could you paint the base white to stop wood grain showing through, although it may add time for paint to dry. Corrupt files MIGHT be a file size issue does the software have a limit on file segments that are being added in ? I saw a 64Mb thumb drive that reported it in windows as 750Tb after being hacked. Did Adventure with EJ maybe go to a faked Roly site ? Suggest to people commenting on replays, type their comments but not hit post til they get to end of replay for issues that get answered later in Video
I don’t know if this is applies anymore, but SSD drive have/had issues with multiple write and rewrite issues. I always try and keep my internal drive alone, and all software and files are on an external hard drive.
About corrupt files. Are you sure the drive you use doesn’t have a problem, and keep that backed up on a different hard drive.
