- Living to 100 may seem like a major feat, but there are communities around the world where it's common. They're called "Blue Zones." Several years ago, a Minnesota community decided it wanted families to follow his guidance. WCCO's Erin Hassanzadeh traveled to Albert Lea to see how it's going.
I say CONGRATULATIONS ALBERT LEA. Just to still be going so many years later is something to be really proud of!! Hopewell, VA could be next. Thanks for your inspiration.
Funny how when it comes to who moves into our communities, being human is good enough. Imagine if that was how low your standards were for who married your daughter, or who you hired for a job.
Better stay healthy because there is no hospital anymore.
How about Albert Lea passes a law saying “This community shall not fall below 80% whyte.” Is that legal? Or do we not have that kind of control over our own communities?
