    20 second and I already know that this is amazing video. I was doing only pull ups for 1 month and weighted pull ups for 2 months and I got clean muscle up.

      Try doing in 3-6 rep range,and 6-9 rep range + try to pull as explosive as you can

    Amazing how some countries have outdoor calisthenics parks (with bars at different heights). Here in England I've never seen any :-(

    Nice video Artem! You mentioned really 2 common mistakes that prevent many to do muscle up. As a third I would add not adjusting your hands in transition part. Either our hands need to slide over the bar where we are switching from pull up to straight bar dip or we need to hold false grip from the start. I included that in my muscle up tutorial.

      People only prefer aesthetics in Calisthenics as well. They want Raw power just for show off. Guys like Chris has more than million subscribers and Artem whose advices and tips are better don't have 100k as well

    Right now i can do 10 sec straddle frotn lever and almost belly buttom pull ups but no muscle ups. I couldnt find a video that helkped me, but then i saw this and now i understood that my mistake is going to far from bar. Im going to hit a workout in 10 minutes, im really ansious to try. Thanks a lot artem you are always helping

      he already told about it in his vlog . he said he eats only normal home food. there is no special diet .

      Eat every day 120 G proteins and 1 hour before training some carbohydrates

    I'll try doing weighted pull ups for 2 months and then return to this. even tho right now I'm able to do 10 pull ups with a 4 kg backpack I just can't get up explosively enough.

    Hi! Very nice video, I've been training for muscle up for like 1,5 month now (explosive pull ups, negative muscle ups, straight bar Dips) and when I try muscle up I always stuck in the middle part (transition) and I think my momentum is correct please could you (or anyone) give me any tips with this, should I continue training like I've been? Thank you

    I can do 120 straight without stopping that is not my max rep, my weighted pull is 24 kg kettle bell for 9/10 reps still struggle to do a muscle up right

      Yes. Ive been doing only basics, ( push up, dips pull up.) I got enough power to do a muscle up at my 1st attempt

    Hi Artem and everyone. I think i have a confusion concerning DIPS. Do i do it with my shoulders forward or shugged up? ESPECIALLY AT THE BOTTOM OF THE DIP.

      being a workout that requires a lot of muscle, I think training them at once would not even like.

      eduardo torezani oll the exercises had different level, take 3 exercises for your workout and set number of reps you ready for.

    im wondering how many pullups you should be at before adding weight. Can do about 18-19 in my max set. Been thinking about adding like 5-10kg. But is it too early?

      one guy said if u can do 3x8 pull ups its time to add weight so yeah you can add some for sure

    The only reason why u cant muscle up is becuz u r weak. It took me almost 2 years to actually do a muscle up (not clean). I used to think it's bcuz of my technique until I start doing weighted pull up.

      There are people who are very strong and can't muscle up because they're too heavy. It's dependant on your strength relative to weight. Technique is secondary after considering that.
