    Looking jacked dude! I’d like to know what the prerequisite skills/strengths are needed before attempting this?

      Very proficient in the normal strict hand stand push ups. 10 strict in a row would be more than enough to attempt the wall facing version.
      Also try some wall walks and hold it to see if you have the balance to face the wall in a handstand. Start with 2 ab mats and as you get confidence start decreasing the abmats

    I can go down but can't push back I use my legs to go up. What should i do?
