Nothing but the highest degree of respect for you Mr. Melton. I am so fortunate to have discovered Cane Masters! Your presentations are very concise, articulate, & informative. My uncle was in the Canadian Navy & fought in World War II, as a sonar operator/ping merchant. If he were alive today, i am absolutely certain he would have liked you immensely. Kindest regards!

Always a pleasure to watch your videos, Keith. I love my Cane Masters Cane. I believe that you have mentioned it before but people need to be reminded to take into account the shoes that they normally wear when they are sizing their cane.

I would prefer the nice wood cane, but I find I need to adjust the length of the cane according to what shoes I'm wearing (or if I'm barefoot).

I purchased at Tractor Supply a shepherd's hook. Great to use on a walk. People leave you be. Tall curb? Shinny down.

My Pastor uses one for a hiking stick, which came from there.

Beautiful canes. My wife recently had a surgery and post-op she needed to use a cane. Her physical therapist told her to avoid a quad cane for the very reasons that you stated. She felt that they were clumsy, awkward, and potentially unstable.

Did I miss one somewhere? Title says 3 canes to avoid, but saw only 2, the quad and the big box canes.

At one time I was told or ran across data saying your style of hardwood cane was recognized by airport security as a potential weapon and was not allowed in the passenger seating area. They would provide a generic airport approved model for to and from the plane.

It's be cool if you compare your cane to Cattle Cane at Tractor supply and an Oak dowel rod. Obviously, Cane Masters is better but I want to see how it performs considering the how low cost it is.

I ordered two canes around February 19th and am still waiting. I like the idea of the copper tip very much. @@CaneMasters-WalkingCanes

The single foot Pharmacy cane works great for me. As for self defense, well I have a $16 can of coyote/ dog repellant made by Sabre andd it has a holster that fits in the palm of your hand and has an easy velcro strap that holds it in place. There is a safety on on which you flip with the thumb and woosh deplyes in less than a second. Much cheaper than some expensice defensive can and if you are using a cane you know how old and slow you are so save your money on that expensive defense cane. n Oh the reason for not using pepper spray is because I live in Canada and all forms of self defense weaponry is illegal. I Anyone can carry coyote/dog spray because it is for defense with those animals. However if you have an item on you that was bought for a legit purpose then you can use that for self defense with np. Also many times I wo out with a walker instead of a cane.

Well, a Cane Master Cane doesn't expire, lose potency, and is not affected by weather or temperature. It will not leak or lose pressure. You should test your spray every 90-180 days. Of course, with each test, the canister will have less content afterward. If you have a small canister like a key chain, you may need to replace it every 12-18 months if you test it regularly to ensure it will contain spray if you need it. Replacing your pepper spray every 12-18 months is a good idea if you don't use it. If you’re testing it regularly, you may need to replace it more often. Good luck; I hope you never have to use it and stay safe.

Why in your website lenght of cane is only in freedom inches? You could add regular centimeters there in side, it is only like 30min job for your web dude?

Why do you emphasize the self defense value of the cane. I just want stability, and perhaps a little style. Besides, most of us in Texas carry a hand gun.
